Of course the finishing is a concern but I think that's a bit of a simplistic way to think about it. Firmino fluffed his lines but they weren't the clearest chances ever. United had far better chances. Having Henderson/Fabinho in midfield frees up fullbacks to attack more (I think they are playing conservatively) and it frees up two midfielders to press high and that's how we create a lot of chances.

I think people don't understand how important they are to the system.

our 2 starting midfielders playing at cb doesn't help. We need to buy a quality cb now or our prem title is gone

I'll take the point. Backline composed of two midfielders. Midfield 3 playing with a winger and lacking 2 of its best assets (Fab and Hendo). I'm gonna take it.

Massive credit to the centre halves. But my god, our attacking play has just gone. Absolutely none existent.

Main take home from that game is that City are red hot favourites for the league, don't think anything from either of the two teams today will have worried them in the slightest.
