We showed glimmers of getting back to form against the mancs but tonight looked much more like the team we've watched over the last few seasons.

This was a game I was worried about but what a time to get back into a bit of a groove.

This was a great win against Spurs tonight, to end our poor run of form. Simply hope the trend continues on Sunday, against West Ham .

I know Trent was the man of the match but I went with Bobby because he's the man of the last three matches.

I went Firmino but loved Milner's performance.

Gini so was fantastic and we controlled midfield with Thiago then adding his touch of class.

Maybe we should add JK, played a blinder........again

      VvD out all season
      Gomez out all season
      Matip probably out all season

If we do not buy a CB now, when are we ever going to buy one?  ;D

      Bizarre.

We certainly made them look ordinary didn’t we.
They’ve been in decent form lately, whereas we’ve been poor to useless.
Tonight we got some of our mojo back.
Everyone made a mistake of sorts throughout the match, but on the whole, every one was immense.
Can’t remember being worried about their attack all game apart from the disallowed goal.
Giving Bob motm because he was as good as anyone, and has taken some abuse of late. Great game from a great player, who always has that huge smile on his kisser !

That’s six weeks probable, the way things are going for him i wouldn’t be surprised if Virgil comes back before him, or even Joe for that matter, feel for the lad, so frustrating for him, thought he was immense tonight.....

I feel Phillips is better than Rhys. Trust him! Why didn't Fab play? (I didn't follow the time up to the game) Something serious too?

Hopefully not, Klopp said "he felt something" in training after no serious clash or clearly painful muscle tear etc.

Again, no time for arrogance. They didn't park the bus like Burnley or even ManU lately. They tried to play with us and that gave us space. Against WHU it will be totally different.

Any injuries to that 11 we're toast.

Disgraceful if we don't bring in a CB.

Kane apparently out for "a few weeks" with injuries to both ankles and the 2nd one being the more serious. Hope that's the one he got when he collided with Hendo, that c**t.

For the sake of bringing in a CB? Would u take Carragher back? It has to be a guy that can help us - and not only today and tomorrow, else we sacrifice the future of the club. Remember: there's always a season after this season. I rather see us trashing this season and get Mbappe next season than loading some contracts now that will prevent margin of action in the future.

Klopp's comments after the game. It's more than just "bring someone in, ANYONE" but people rush to their xbox and buy Koulibaly and Upamecano and think it should be that easy.

"If you have a center-half available who is a reasonable price, and who is of the quality we need, send me a message and I will go for it. It's not about [just signing a player]," Klopp said of possibly signing reinforcements ahead of the winter transfer deadline.

"It's about doing the right stuff, we can't just bring a body in, that doesn't help. Bodies, we have -- we have good kids, Nate [Phillips] did exceptionally well, Rhys [Williams] has done well when he's played."

Don't get too excited about the win.  This is expected.  Our problem is, we cannot handle 10 men defending in the area.  We will drop points again facing another sh!t team.

Aaand you are dismissed. *shows virtual red card for "simulation" (simulating being a Liverpool fan)*
