More of the same please. 3 more points on the board but don’t underestimate these. They can play given time and space.

Yes hugely impressed with their manager. However if we are anything like we have been we have too much. I keep saying it but the fast starts are when we perform best, come out of the traps and get at them.

Played a really good game against Spurs and thoroughly deserved the win, but we should be too much for them. They deserve credit for playing proper football and not some bus parking thugs like Burnley and West Brom.

Think Mane is out until the weekend.

      Naby might be available.

With relation to resting players, Id go wirh our strongest team and sub lads iff when the game is put to be, Robbo Gini and Mo be the 3 id look to sub out

Bobby in for Origi be the only change for me

I think we should be going all out for the win and not think of Man City. 3 wins on the bounce is massive in current circumstances

Seems to me that some players find it easier to play every few days. and the convo with milner, he had a tight hammy, so had to come off.

Defo agree start strong then sub, but also Salah was brilliant when he came of the bench at palace. ;D

We don’t want to think about the city game until this ones done and dusted.
If we go with too many changes worrying about city, we might get caught out. They gonna be buzzing after beating spuds.
If we don’t beat these, wether we win or not v city won’t really matter. It will be more difficult to chase them down.

I think the most important thing is making sure Trent and Robbo are in it, when they are on it, which they were 95% of last season, nobody can handle it, this season they’ve been a little off by their standards, but like you saw the other day, get them going and it’s goodnight for the other team.

I wonder if Davies or Kabak will be involved. Kabak is only flying into Liverpool Tuesday but Davies should train with the team then.

Probably Hendo and Nat at central defence for this one, but the weekend could be interesting

I think its to soon for them, possibly we may see one or both of them against Leicester, that would give about 2 weeks of integration.

                               Alisson

             Trent    Nat     Hendo   Robbo

                                  Gini

                                  Shaq
                          Mo             Bobby

Ox for Millie just to add a bit more zip to us. Id lve if we could put it to bed by the 70th minute get Mo Robbo and Thiago off before Sunday. Jones Tsimikas and one of the new lads on for a debut. Thats ideal world, lets just get the win though

Is Mane still injured? Other than that I agree with that lineup, we need to keep the momentum going so not too many changes please. After the City game the  lads have a week off I think.

Would be good if we could rest Milly and Thiago before Sunday as they've played a lot recently but I think we'll probably end up playing one of them.

I would play Firmino and Shaqiri behind Salah because they are all flexible to move around in their defensive area.

There's literally no way Kabak is going to play in this game. I don't think he's even in Liverpool yet. Arriving today from what I understand. Doubt he'll even train with the team before this game.

Believe neither of them are eligible. Sure there was a deadline of 12pm Sunday to be eligible for the midweek games.

Just to state that Kabak is well above Davies in level. It's a great story with Davies and I hope he has a good experience, but he is the cover option and Kabak should be starting at centre back, maybe as soon as Sunday.

Klopp adds in presser that we will now see Rhys Williams back with the U23s so he can play regularly.

That makes sense, so our CB options for the rest of the season will be Fabinho, Kabak, Nat, Davies and Hendo in that order, once they are up to speed and that should be more than enough.

Thats just people, probably kids, all excited with their new toys.

Kabak likely not even in Liverpool yet.

Davies might make the bench tomorrow. Also think Sunday is say too big a game to throw 2 lads learning our system straight in to it

Outside of ourselves I dont watch much live football so Id base my view of Brighton on highlights.

Not sure Id say they beat Spurs so they must be good, I reckon spurs will implode from our win over them.

Lamptey seem good and I know Bissouma is highly regarded. Outside of that where will they cause us problems?

Can't see either of the new lads starting.
But bringing them in should give the squad a lift, and sends out intent we want to challenge in PL and CL.
Hard to believe we're now without VVD, Gomez and Matip long term.
Likely be Hendo/Nat again for this one, maybe even the one after too - games coming thick and fast.

Not sure Id say they beat Spurs so they must be good, I reckon spurs will implode from our win over them.

Lamptey seem good and I know Bissouma is highly regarded. Outside of that where will they cause us problems?

Good footballing side but obviously where they are in table suggests struggles. Nat will have a different test than W Ham as they play most on deck but have some big lads at back who are dangerous at set pieces

They beat Spurs comfortably, could easily have won 3 or 4 nil, so might be a little trickier than expected.
And its not like we've been beating all lower table sides and having trouble against higher placed ones :)
Still, we're on an upswing so hopefully we can put them away.

Thats just people, probably kids, all excited with their new toys.

Kabak likely not even in Liverpool yet.

Davies might make the bench tomorrow. Also think Sunday is say too big a game to throw 2 lads learning our system straight in to it

No chance any of them start tmrw, klopp said as much today. Also confirmed that Fab should be fit for city, and it will be him and hendo.

Agree. It'll be next week before we see either I'd say.

I'm in two minds about this one, whether it's best to rotate or keep the momentum going, but inclined to rotate a few if it was my decision.

      Alisson

      Trent     Phillips     Hendo     Robertson

      Gini

      Chamberlain      Jones

      Salah           Firmino           Shaqiri

Not a huge fan of Shaqiri off the left but something along these lines.

Spuds were gash and toothless without Dirty Harry, not taking anything away from Brighton they fully deserve their win, and like you said it could have been a proper 4/5 battering, however, even with our depleted squad we are a completely different animal, especially of late where we seem to have our mojo back,

So here’s what I think will happen, BaHA will set up with a single decker in the hope we have a off day and will try and nick one, then they’ll make it a double decker and defend their imaginary lead, it’s not going to happen,

What will happen tho is unfortunately for them we will be tearing them a brand new arsehole, there is absolutely no chance on this earth that  we will taking our foot off the gas, we’ve only just got going, so with a wee tweak here and maybe there I would go with this....

                                          Alisson
                           Trent Phillips Henderson Robbo
                                        Wijnaldom
                                Thiago              Jones
                               Salah     Bobby    Mane

Giving old Father Time Milner a wee rest, he’ll be back V City, Mane comes back in , no way is he missing two on the bounce, was going to go for Shaq (bit of a coin toss) but choose Jones instead, impressed with his go at them attack V hammers with immediate affect, Thiago stays in, his overall reading of the game and his passing skills are hard to leave on the bench when we need the creativity, Mo on fire, Bobby has his mojo back and Mane like a rabid dog for goals, what’s not to like ?

At the back Phillips deserving of another outing next to our outstanding Skipper Trent & Robbo speak for themselves and last but by no means least and still for me the best goalie in the league, the ever reliable Alisson Becker.

Bench ; Kelleher, Davies, Shaqiri, Ox, Tsimikas, Milner, Origi, Neco

Yea, Spurs are really gonna miss Kane, and they defended crap against us - soooo delighted for Moaninho the wee sh*te :)
And think that'll be the team, assuming Mane comes back in.
At home vs bus Jones will give us more going forward than Milly.
Hoping they'll need to being seeing their arse doctor to stitch up a large tear later on tonite...

Just going off memory, think we've found Brighton tricky last couple of times, could be wrong, but think we've bounced back in form enough to do them tonite. Hopefully.

And Mo going to equal Kennys record I think,

All these pre kick off injury leaks seem to be accurate so I'm expecting this one to follow suit.

Gets injured a ridiculous amount for a keeper, surely we've got to be having a good look at his training regime and working out where we're going wrong.

Hopefully he's just being kept out as a precaution so that he's fully fit at the weekend. Kelleher can do the job today.

Yep hope so and Fab and Mane hopefully

Best case scenario really, when you suddenly hear he's out.

Give the guy some pepto and he'll be good to go for City.
