Our forwards are better at latching on to through balls and neat one-twos rather than taking players on. We’ve been starved of space this season. Perhaps this explains our lack of goals.
We have played far to slowly this season, a good example is Spurs today, paying very quickly when they won the ball back and looking very dangerous, we used to do that, but not so much lately, we tend to do slow build up with no midfield penetration at all. By doing that you let the opposition defense organise itself then slam against a brick wall.
