Can’t believe TAA decline in play this year. Purposely attacked cause of his sub par defending.

Completely outclassed from the 1st minute really. Zidane had a good game plan and they had our number. Individual mistakes handed them the goals but they were by far the better team.

A full house at Anfield and I would have fancied our chances as I don't think Madrid can play much better than they did tonight but it's going to be an incredibly difficult task behind closed doors given our recent Anfield form.

Loss well and truly on Jürgen there!

      Playing Keita
      Leaving Sadio on full game
      Taking Jota off
Not playing Thiago from the off
      Not getting Bobby on quicker
Starting with a MF of Keita, Gini and Fab

      A shambles today!

      Away goal could be vital

      That was disgusting

People having a pop at the likes of Philips and Kabak want to have a reality check. The supposed best full bacjs in the world were far worse. Midfield done nothing apart from one attack by Gini which we scored from

Front 3 Id argue they are being starved but Sadio is sh*te.

But lets roll with the 2 centre halves being the problem.

Why do we make things so hard on ourselves....Not out just yet

Mane is a right selfish pr**k out there tonight.
I don't get how he doesn't pass to the man open on the right on the last attack of the game with 3-4 white shirts in front of him.

Bad game from the start. We just didn't press with the same intensity and intent we usually have + RM clearly played on TAA being far advanced and we had no answer all game long.

Alisson should've gotten the 3rd one but then again, I can't blame him and then proceed to ignore the casual passing right at the edge of the box Madrid was able to make with nobody interfering.

When you give away cheap goals to the likes of Real Madrid you are going to leave yourself a mountain to climb.

I do not like Klopp's football anymore. We look so random up front and no ideas from midfield.

We were second best and that is not arguable, but our best players need to be our best players, and too many foolish errors today really cost us.

Can we beat Madrid 2 nil at Anfield?

Seems massively unlikely but then again we've done far more than the unlikely before.

I think Tranmere would have looked a far better team tonight. Hopefully we can recover some form next week. A goal in each half and a clean sheet (I know) is all it takes to go through.

Oh give it a F***ing a rest. Sack him yeah?

He'll sort it out. But first he'll have to rebuild the team, because half of these lads are over the peak.

We have our issues and that all has to be factored in but we have embarrassed ourselves out there tonight with our use of the football.

Its been some pretty horrible viewing and by players who should know better.

Gini, Fab, Mane, Trent, Robbo, Thiago all guilty of misplacing the simplest of passes out there over and over and over again.

We have an away goal and that's more than we deserve tonight but we are facing the exit door here.

Outclassed on the pitch and Jürgen out thought off it. The decision to play Naby one of the very few times I we question Jurgens judgement.

Not the time in terms of his introduction back from injury and not the place in terms of the size of the team we were up against. Naby even at his best is a luxury player and this was a game for 3 hard working midfielders to try and stop their midfielders from conducting the game.

Bizarre stuff and the form of Mane even more bizarre. I love the guy but what on earth is going on there?

Bobby needs to start if we're going to have a chance.

We saw late in the game when we lost the ball how he hounded the Real player and helped recover it. He would not have let Kroos read a book prior to launching his pass to Vinicius for their first.

Second best through the game. Away goal was key so its not mission impossible but its going to require something extraordinary to get what we need. 3rd goal killed us.
