      The first leg killed us.

Not being able to score from ample opportunities tonight didn't help.

      Depressing.

Thought the subs disrupt our momentum & we were flat after that.. preferred Milner on the pitch..

Tell you what, that Nacho has played out of his skin

      Been class in fairness.

Didn't agree with the commentators trying to compare their CB's with ours though in terms of the injury crisis. Nacho is 31 and has played for Real more than 200 times and started for Spain in a World Cup!

All this talk of of investments and new players....
Well if we finish outside top 4, with the financial hit taken by covid, it wouldn’t surprise me if we buy very little.
      Top 4 is massive now.

Even with Top 4 mate you know deep down they won’t spend much unless we sell.

Who is the big prize that other teams want?

      Agree.

I'd have left Milner on and just brought Jota for Gini.

      Then Thiago later on.

Time to reload. We've waited one season too long to sell Mane and Bobby. Cant do that with the rest of squad. Let Gini walk and sell some of the front 3 and fringe guys and go again.

If you can get something close to what we paid for Thiago it may tempting to move him too, although if you can't its not the end of the world

      What?

How can you say we've waited one season too long to sell Bobby and Mane?

We literally only won our first PL title last season with them!

This Summer I would be open to selling one for sure but can't see many bidders who will pay what we will sell for.

Salah set the tone early on with that miss.

Could play here all night and not score.

Yeah that set the tone, very disapointing from tge forwards and crap tactics final 20 minutes, what the F**k is the point in Thiago?

Btw we need new strikers, one's with decent conversion rates.

Enough chances to win the game.

      Nowhere near clinical enough.

Last 8 of the Champions League is possibly better than we deserved this season.

Bet you would be one of the first ones slagging the manager and owners off if we sold Mane or Firmino days after winning the Premier League.

      What a tit.

Klopp loves Gini doesnt he. He fooked up taking Millie off not only was he going well he was demanding the others to work. We lost leadership when he went

Yes they are the best of a poisoned bunch of those 4. Unfortunately whoever wins the Paris vs Man City game will most likely win the whole thing.

So gutted, top 4 is imperative now, but just not confident we can even do that. I really struggle to understand what has happened to our front three, especially Sadio! Score those early chances and it’s a different game!

Salah’s figures are outstanding, the others are letting the side down.

Strikers don’t score with every shot unfortunately, even the new kids on the block like Haaland and Mbappe.
