The chance where they take a goal kick and fluff it and Mane decides to shoot into the 1 defender they have back rather than roll it to Bobby really wound me up. The ball then broke to Jota but he sliced it wide.

This is what I mean when playing for your own numbers. We are not in a position to do that. And we don't have the back 4 to accommodate it.

Hodgson, Souness and Bristol City, in fact most of the 90s were pretty much more f**king embarrassing than being defending champions having a sh*t season!!

All in all I cant see this home draw v Newcastle being the low point in 40 years following the club.

Perspective needed but I still hope Jürgen gets into these lads a bit.

Kudos to Robbo who’s doing the post match interview. Basically saying that is how this season has gone, we don’t learn our lesson and keep making same mistakes that cost us points.

Just words, means F**k all,we can't score goals,we can't stop goals,Jürgen decisions are now baffling,Jota was workmanlike and a threat yet he takes him off whilst keeping on Bobby and Sadio who were woeful again.2 F***ing points against Newcastle utd,1 point against Brighton,we are pathetic as the current champions, feel sorry for Mo,without him we would be bottom half.Kabak a championship player at best.Dreading next week against the Mancs.

Mentioned the gobs***e owl at the start. Still doesn't give them a pass though. They've been sh*te, Jürgen's made errors which have added to ongoing shitshow of a season. Massive summer coming up.

This team is in a tailspin, 2 bottle jobs in a row, plus crap management, crap subs.

We need a change of manager more than change of players.

The most worrying thing is we don’t seem to be learning. We leak goals, we can’t hang onto 1-0. We’d be much better off with the gung ho approach we had 3 seasons ago.

146 attempts on goal at Anfield this year; four goals. That’s a 2.7 percent conversion rate!

Frustrating but if those forwards had took half their chances this season we would be top of the league . The defence is a smokescreen that hides the abysmal form of the forwards .

willock says it right there in his interview..... WE KNOW THEY PLAY SO HIGH....... yes its fine with van dijk and gomez....i know we missed a million chances, but still, do we really have to play so so high with fabinho at centre half and a kid ( who i think has been pretty impressive).... even in a game we dominated they should have been in about 10 times against us.

Defending all at sea again, yes I know we had enough chances to win comfortably. I just don't get the persistent high line when our present CBs are so slow & can't recover over the distance

i get your point, but this can only be on our attackers for missing so many chances. we played with four attackers and high line, because we excepted them to park the bus, which they did. The gameplan was there, and it worked for 80 mins. The game should have been done and dusted by then. Mo, jota, mane and bobby let us down today.

      Exactly mate.

The lad clearly wasn't around for the Hodgson era or Brodge's last full season.

This team is in a tailspin, 2 bottle jobs in a row, plus crap management, crap subs.

We need a change of manager more than change of players.

I agree with the first statement. Considering the importance of the game we did poorly in the 2nd half. I don't know if our pressing costs us too much energy, but I feel we just have power for 60min. and then slowly regress. In any way Klopp's system becomes more and more the issue, not the injuries. It just seems that his system is outsmarted and he cannot cope with it. Because even without VVD, Matip/Gomez and Hendo we are way more talented than Newcastle which was on display the whole first half. But somehow we cannot translate superior talent into dominance and that's on the coaching staff.

I do not agree with statement two. Jürgen has earned the right to not gettin cut short, no matter what, even if we get relegated. I wanna see some loyality in a ruthless football world. And then of course in addition it was a freak season, we had key injuries, no fans and all that and don't forget: this poor season stacks up against 6-7 good to very good ones. In Jürgen I trust. But I hope he does some serious self-scout in the offseason and not let Covid and our injuries cloud his judgement.

Didn't say they were you said he was more of a threat . Firmino  has lost all goal threat and should be replaced in that spot but some of his link up play was good and he could be utilised deeper more
