If he can stay fit, I think we will be on our way to saying we have the best CB in the world again.

Agree with all that. Just seems to be made of glass though ... hopefully as he gets older these issues fade somewhat. But at the moment you worry when he plays 2 games in a week and that's concerning as we're talking about a fit n strong 23 year old here ... not someone in their mid 30s and loads of miles on the clock.

He's made a massive difference the last 2 games.

even the Spurs fans were shocked at just how good he is and his best is yet to come.

He was immense yesterday. His aggressive defending compliments VVD well. If he can stay fit he will become one of the world’s best. His mix of pace and strength is insane.

I see he's called for more new signings and gave Fenway and the boys a little warning shot about our chances next season if we don't.

Some will tell him to stay in lane. Its not ideal he felt he needed to say it but it probably did need saying.

VVD also said something similar in the past 24 hours. I think its totally okay for players to say stuff like that. They are part of the organization and receiving a salary does not mean you can't expect competitiveness and good work from your organization, especially in the context of professional sport.

I don't think he was taking a shot at FSG. He was simply stating the obvious about the squad (its also what everyone thinks).

If I was in Klopp's position I wouldn't be overly chuffed to be seeing the players going public with club recruitment policy.

Honestly sounds to me like he's saying they are losing 4 quality players and they must be replaced with quality. Don't think it's earth shattering. Virgil has also come out and said similar.

Players aren't robots, they have opinions. It is what it is. Time for LFC to get moving on some transfers innit?

I do agree he's stating the obvious, but when we are broadcasting that we need midfielders like this. Other clubs try to play hardball. Not that they wouldn't anyways. I just think our players need to be more savvy when doing interviews. Don't they train the guys on this stuff?
