Liverpool and Leeds should just play their Brazilians, Fifa can't give both clubs a forfeit loss (just assuming that would be the punishment)

Exactly, apparently it’s a fine and a 3-0 forfeit to the team who play the banned player! Just come to an agreement with Leeds that both teams play the banned players and let FIFA sort that out! FIFA rival Boris for total incompetence, as for Brazilian FA, they’re a joke.

The return of Adrian. Great news.

      Didn't think Kelleher was injured?

3 big losses really. Just a very silly scenario all around. Who wins? Nobody.

I prefer it this way rather inflicting our squad with Covid.

They are an arse but all of knew what was coming.

The other way to look at is if they had gone, they'd miss about 3 games having to quarantining when returning.

Mexico and Paraguay were going down the same route as Brazil, but they have now withdrawn it and allowing Jimenez and Almiron to play. Another thing that goes against Brazil if other nations aren't following suit.

Surely FIFA have no right to ban players, turning out for their clubs, who pay their wages ! How can they legally enforce such a rule ?

If this pathetic ban is upheld then surely we can request Brazil fa to pay the players wages during the period, what are our 3 on about half a million a week between them let alone the other clubs players

Why is anyone surprised when a corrupt institution exerts its authoritative powers over its submissive flock; the same flock who enabled this corrupt institution to metastasize.

Just hoping the lads who weren't on international duty are fit and raring the go. We didn't see enough of it last season. Hopefully we get a better response this time around. Leeds will be a feisty one I think. No mugs on their day.

We should beat Leeds anyway. It's not like we play Everton or United or City where it would hurt us much more. Don't complain, compete!  :kop5cf8koxp6:

Do you really think FIFA cares about petty details such as 'rules' and 'laws'?

Don't you remember the two games last season? Both tough and close.

Leeds have not played well so far this season though, maybe crowds are adding pressure for them.

Leeds may well put up a decent fight, although should still be able to field a strong enough side, to secure all three points.

Brazil and the other genius countries FAs that were involved all agreed to waive the ban so Fab and Ali are cleared to play.
