Itā€™s interesting just whatā€™s being said in media as your favourite to buy him yet the FSG pay structure basically says otherwise as a rule. Hope FSG stand by it.  :f_whistle:  ;D

Yea, could all be BS just to drive his price up even more for Dortmund.

Hopefully our deal with him won't be hijacked.

I doubt we have a deal  :D If we get our season back on track till the World Cup starts we might have enough arguments for Bellingham to come to us. If we keep struggling I doubt he would like to join us. He can basically stay at Dortmund another year and play CL. However even if we wants to join us Bellingham will cost +100 Mio for sure. Not sure if FSG will break the bank for him, considering we not only need one midfielder but minimum 2-3.

Itā€™s what the media do best as we both know. He would suit Klopps type of play which isnā€™t good if your a United fan.  :lmao:

yes and no club has ever sold a player that they said wasnt for sale have they.

Especially not a selling a club that relies on transfer money and had just been had off by City over Haaland!!

If Madrid did manage to sign him, they'd be two big signings including Tchouameni

No way Bellingham is coming here. No way on earth.

The money involved is too much for us. Unless we sell a major asset but we've only really Mo to sell that could bring in the required money and that ain't happening.

Gundogan getting on now at 31. That's where I think Bellingham will end up ... with a haaland style release clause.

I doubt JĆ¼rgen would even bother asking for the money. Hopefully he has some good options lined up for January and for the summer.

I'll be honest, I love the player and wish he would come here, but for the money they are talking (120m), I honestly wouldn't want us to spend that. He's not worth that money right now. Maybe he is in the future, but right now, that's the kind of money that hamstrings you for years even if he does turn out to be worth it.

He wonā€™t be going for that level of money

Seems like people looking to be negative 🤷ā€ā™‚ļø The club does pretty well getting their targets - beyond the lad from Monaco I donā€™t recall many who have turned us down

He is imo a perfect target for the club and manager and I have a feeling itā€™s the move he would want - he knows he would be the main man in the centre of the park for us working alongside Klopp etc - and the old he is a big Liverpool Gerrard fan

Maybe no relate to the topic but imo as long as Pep and Haaland are at ManCity, we sign this Bellingham or not will not change situation that much.
Given his big transfer money + wage I think better we look for other 3-4 quality players.

Why on earth would Bellingham come to liverpool  1, absolutely no contact between player and LFC  2, no contact between the clubs,  Lots deluded liverpool fans knocking about  Iā€™m a liverpool fan have been for 58 years we will need more than Bellingham next year  I doubt thereā€™s any new owners on the horizon so itā€™ll be the same old sh*te yet again fans wanting something thatā€™s never going to happen sadly to say

must be odds on to go elsewhere or we would have done a sort of Naby deal and let him come next season. Really not getting excited about this .
