Will Jürgen change tact now it’s the business end of the competition, we know it’s not big on his list , but a trip to Wembley be good day for the fans

With the busy festive period around the corner from when the tie is, I think it will be a team very similar to Wednesday night.

I think it will be a stronger team than Preston but not our league team.
      Something like

      Kelleher
      Williams
      Matip
      Gomez
      Tsimikas

      Milner
      Ox
      Jones

      Origi
      Minamino
      Jota

At least the game is at anfield.

What kind of line up are we looking at midweek....Milner and Keita will hardly make it, Keita looked spent before the hour mark

of the 4 semi finalists 3 are in the top 4 in the prem league

5th place lost to 7th,, who have games in hand and could be 5th themselves.

So for all the rotating and lack of desire for this cup it effectively has come down to 4 of the top 5 league teams

Agreed, but I can't help but think Spurs would have been easier.
Then again, we are Liverpool, we never do it the easy way...  ;D

Because the keeper is in front of him and doesn’t count as the last defender

It’s the same as when it was changed to level with the last defender, I believe

Knew it would be Chelsea, Spurs are utter sh*te, especially as Conte seems to be still working out which players to trust.

Had no idea myself..saw that and was stunned it was disallowed, then the commentator explained the rules and I didn't know about that one!
