own piccie plse

sorry guys but i wanna select me own piccie for the profile but every time i pick it from me pc it sys the MB is too big, can someone let me know how i'm supposed to downsize these files so that i can have my own. i've noticed some of the guys having videos so i can;t believe that they are smaller files than a litlle pic

Mate, try downloading 'Photoshop' if you dont already have it, transfer the pic file and select 'edit' then 'canvas' you shouild then be able to adjust the pixel resolution to a smaller size and be able to post on here.

PS Once you have changed the pixel size dont forget to save it with a different name or you will overwrite the original image.
