The latest one who has kept his drive, is Tsunoda.

At the moment, Yuki is still seen as a "potentially good driver". Unlike Latifi, he's shown some glimpses of his talent. After all, he's had very good results in junior categories, and on his day, he's very quick. He's just too eager and makes silly mistakes as a result.
His main issue is that he was promoted too soon to F1. Another year in F2 to iron out those mistakes would have done him a world of good.

Yes I was. I said several times already that the red flag should have been brought out after Latifi crashed. Then Masi would have kept his job, and we would have been spared all the nonsense that dumb and dumber have brought to the table this season. It took them 4 hours yesterday to deliver a meaningless penalty and confirm the race result, that could have been sorted in 5 minutes flat during the race.

We know all that is because he crashed in the UAE.

He was rubbish and he won't be missed, but he's not the first nor the last to be out of his depth at this level. The latest one who has kept his drive, is Tsunoda.

Let's just say you're being economical with the truth on that one. You defended Masi to the hilt.

Also, why did you delete this post and repost it a week later? I read this the first time you posted it last week but then you deleted it 5 minutes later.

So fair play, you script your posts on Microsoft word and save them for posting later I assume??

what are the odds on RB receiving anything other than a slap on the wrists for exceeding spending. F1 is just so contrived and false now a bit like how VAR has fu**ed up celebrating goals

More than likely cover it up for the sake of F1 if true, they can’t really afford another scandal on top of Abu Dhabi last year.

What are the chances that if RB are found to have broken the cap, Mercedes fine for Hamilton's nose stud ends up as a bugger slap on the wrist??

it seems a slap on the wrist is all they will receive. Not only is the racing now very sterile but the Circus around it is really off putting I dony think I will bother with it next year.

Apparently, the FIA have delayed publishing their report so lets just see how they fudge this in favour of Red Bull.

Seems like one rule for red bull and another for us mere mortals. Even the rule book said Max was wrong but yet again they get away with another stewards decision.

The rules don't apply to verstappen and red bull. The only thing that red bull verstappen and rules have in common is when f1 change them on the fly or make it up as they go along to favor them.

what are the odds that RB or Max gets anything like a punitive penalty. Max also blaming Norris for him taking the entire track up at a slow speed he didnt respect Max apparently

The expected rain should help the Mercs, but I fear they might be starting too far down the grid to really have a chance...

third row back for Hamilton just need Ferrari to be bold into the first corner.
MAybe the FIA are hoping Max win the title this weekend before they take away last years

130R is a stupid corner to do stuff like that but I always gets annoyed at the obsession to dish out grid penalties like sweets at a pantomime based incidents that don't actually cause a collision.

I think Lewis got away with a couple of blocking incidents last year so I don't have an issue with Max only getting a reprimand.

The bigger issue of judgement on the FIA will come on Monday.

I tend to agree, for me it doesn’t matter how much rain as the red bulls car just in a different league from the Mercs at the moment.  :f_doh:

F1 Cars cost £millions but cannot run in the rain. Surely Japan in October has the possibility of heavy rain so an hour in they have done 2 laps .
