Sainz has to go, he simply isn’t good enough as a No 2. Ferrari have to change him ASAP. You Sainz fans have to admit now he hasn’t got what it takes. Even Hamilton can beat him with a lap behind. 

He's definitely struggling with their current car, but it's still not a quality issue for me. I guess we're both biased. 
In his defense though, they did mentioned yesterday he hasn't had the same power unit as Leclerc in the last few races. His is less powerful.

It feels like Mercedes as a team are making far more mistakes than normal

Maybe if Lewis takes out his piercings he might go faster looks like a showdown in Monaco of piercing gate.
Monaco is a bit of a lottery but Merc don't sound over confident they will continue to make progress.

They tend to struggle in slow speed corners (they lost a lot on time in the last sector in Spain), and their car performs better in race conditions than quali. So Monaco is definitely not the right track for them...
It's probably Ferrari's race to lose, but we also know Leclerc seems cursed at his home gp.

Likewise, I think it’s basically who’s in front in qualifying where Hamilton & Russell finish. Can’t see there being any overtaking on track unless it’s done in the pits.

I used to love the Monaco GP when it was on free TV, probably for the scenery, but now.. jeeze it's boring, even on a computer sim it's dull a hell.

The red car looking by far the best but round Monaco it wouldn’t surprise me two DNF for them. Weirdly enough if only one of them don’t finish I think it’s LeClerc
