Normal front three all out for a week.  What can you do?  Makes it all a bit tougher.  We obviously not facing the complete mugs that Tottenham were pre-Conte but I still think we should have enough.

Need Keita to bring his A game and Milner to not attract a yellow card in the first ten minutes.

Ok, they have to wait 10 days. Wonder if they have symptoms or not.

No, more likely they are out from 10 days following a PCR test as per the rest of the population

No, they would have had to isolate for ten days from their first test

They won’t be being tested everyday and have to restart the process every time

Going to be interesting with this midfield. Tyler Morton's been really impressive in the couple of games I've seen him, but it's a big ask to protect the back 4 with eg Kane dropping back into midfield. Big test for how far on he is in his development. Milner is obviously reliable. Need Naby to have one his good days. (And Konate.)

The virus hasn’t hit the US sport teams as bad, yet…

I follow the NHL, and very few players have been out reference Covid protocol.

NBA teams are starting to feel it.

Not as strong in the centre of the park as what we're used to but I certainly wouldn't call it a weak midfield. Overall we look far, far better on paper than this Spurs team do, even with the COVID absences. Think it'll be a routine win

Looks dodgy this today. Spurs fully rested, fully prepared and at full strength. This is all playing into city's hands as they look like stringing 25 wins on the spin together again like last season.

Hoping for 3 points. With out usual front 3 I'm hopeful but vvd, thiago, fabinho and Henderson are 4 huge losses.

Spurs midfield also looking a bit thin - plus lack of match fitness I can see them tiring in the last 30 mins.

Interesting that you basically get punished for having 'minor' outbreaks of Covid whilst if you have a bigger outbreak you get postponements and a rest.

Spurs have ended up with hardly any of their covid players missing a single game (maybe even none) whilst we will have to deal with it affecting us for at least 3-4 matches.

Dier at CB? Spurs don’t look all that strong outside the obvious 2 in Son and Kane

Can work both ways Don, spurs wont be as match sharp as us, they not only had 3 games called off they also couldnt train in the build up to this

We are light in midfield and missing some big players whereas they are not and have had time to prepare. Any win will do.
