For sheer importance I think Origi’s goal against Barca is going to always be one I think of when I think about the best goals I’ve personally watched (as they happened).

The sheer awareness from Trent and the commentary made it such a unique thing to watch.

I wouldnt argue with any of the above all are special ORigi's goal against Everton where he lets it drop over his shoulder controls it and lobs it into the empty net was kind of special but seeing Jürgen run on the pitch after Pickford fu**ed up to let Divok score is another memorable moment

This is mine. I was watching it at my granddad's. The turn, the nonchalant finish ... like an arrow into the top corner. If this had been scored by a utd player Sky would still be creaming themselves.

My one tiny, tiny gripe about that Origi goal against Barcelona is that it came so quick and unexpectedly, that nobody really knew what had happened when it hit the back of the net. There were a good few people around me who were either convinced it was going to be chalked off, or simply didn't have a clue what had just happened, which I think subdued the celebrations a bit. Can imagine there were similar feelings from most until it was fully confirmed by the ref as being a goal.

Wijnaldum's goal to make it 3-0 will always be the best from that game for me. Came at the absolute perfect moment with the crowd already rocking from his goal a couple of minutes earlier. F***ing superb header as well

Don't know about you, but I got over my confusion very quickly...  ;D

But your point is fair. Origi's goal will forever be iconic, but it's the third goal that sealed the game. At that point, you just KNEW we were going to go through. Their heads were gone, so it was only a matter of time.

Gini's second goal is so memorable because of his expression of pure joy.

this is what I could not understand he loved the club and the fans is wealthy beyond most peoples dreams but it wasnt enough to keep him here.At the final whistle in Madrid he jumped on Jurgens back so he had no problem with him either. Never mind we will always have that wonderful night to remember him

Derby winner or European Cup quarter final winner in the season that sent us from big time in this country to swanning around Europe becoming European Royalty.

A lot like my nomination earlier - the Robbo, Trent, Salah against City.

Another for those type of goals would be the million and one passes that led to a Paddy Berger blaster in a 4-0 away mauling of Derby in 2000/2001 season. Can't find anything on you tube of said goal.

Also Berger's free-kick at OT  in 99/2000 season is some hit.

Wasn’t the most important of goals and not sure I’d class it as my favourite of all time but this goal from Suarez vs Newcastle does always stand out for me. The control, technique and speed of it all was perfect.

Again nots sure it would be the best goal ever scored or my fav, but for impact and going bananas after it, collymore v newcastle

Barnes, Rush, Barnes........still John Barnes..COLLYMORE CLOSING IN....

The pass and move actually started with John Scales 4 or 5 quick one touch passes gets us in the box Barnes calmness to spot the right pass, brilliant
