James Milner stupid free kick to give away cost us all the momentum.

Any one tell me how many times Hendo lost the ball?  Worst display I’ve ever seen from him!

      More dropped points

      City laughing their arses off

Surely they are due to walk under a ladder!

We've hardly strengthened from 2018/19 season and now it's showing.

Its hard work trying to explain to some on here why we are were we are. Some players look tired same old same old . This team is done it was fantastic from 2017-2020 now it need breaking up

Losing a league will not come down to getting a point at Stamford Bridge with key personnel missing . Yes we weren't great but still had chances to win . More worrying is the form and energy of key players

      Ah well.

Good match, entertaining. Result not much use to either side though, Citeh happy enough.

2nd half, they dominated until their subs/changes, then we came back into it a bit, then them again, and then we finished decently.

Thought Jones in the few mins he was on looked more positive then any other midfielder we'd had on the pitch. Fab was poor, Hendo not great, Milly covered a lot of ground. AOC showed why he just can't compete in the big games, looked scared of the ball.

Highlights, Mo's goal, Mane's finish, Kellehers save, and a brilliant move in the 2nd half that ended with a Mane shot to Mendys left, saved.

Disappointed not to win, but maybe on the balance of play didn't really deserve to.

We don't have the squad to compete with City it's a simple as that.

We do, we’ve proven it, it was only the season before last we ran away with the league. Our problem is we don’t have the ability to defend a lead. 6 times we’ve failed to win a game when being in front.

Don’t know if it’s a mindset thing or what but things aren’t right this season.

Throwing away 2 goal leads on multiple occasions just simply isn’t good enough.

Listen had we shut up at 2 nil until half time we wouldnt be talking about that aspect. Call a spade a spade we had enough experience on that pitch to know to kill that last few mins and go in 2 up job done

Fab is not yet back to his best after being out Hendo is just not anywhere near his best and Milly has always been capable of rash challenges but he is 36 and today in the second half looked fu**ed

Look of resignation on players from both teams who know they’ve just conceded the title here.

This team has bottled another 2 goal lead and failed to convert games from winning positions. Virgil been looking like he’s running through trickle he’s mobility has been a concern this season and as for our captain total shithouse today no accountability and too willing to find the simple pass too often.

Klopp can say the league isn't won in the winter, but City certainly allow teams to lose it in this period. When your that deep you can rotate more. Everyone else tires out and drop points while City just cruise in the most dangerous period of the year. 7 titles in 11 years. Teams need to realize that if they're going to challenge the title they really will have to spend BIG. Hate it, butnits football at this point.

We need to be a cup team the rest of the year City will drop points for sure, but so will we. Leagues gone

That's the point isn't it. City 2 goals up and nobody is getting back. With us and our soft centre ....

I'm sure the message went on ... 5 till half time lads. Give nothing silly away .... focus ... concentrate etc etc etc etc. But we lost a 2 goal lead. And not for the first time this season.

We've shipped too many goals this season. Lost too many leads. And allowed city to stroll off with another title. We didn't even make them fight for it.

Disappointing. Need to secure top 4 and make a fist of the cups now. Still abit to play for this season.

Disappointing that we just played for a draw after conceding those 2 goals.

At least we didn't blow it completely.

Don't think we played for the draw Dan. I just think Chelsea overpowered us.

Our midfield is just not good enough anymore.

I think Henderson is on the wane as well. He has spent more time trying to be a F***ing spokesman or politician the last couple of months, shut your F***ing c**t and focus on your job of captaining Liverpool you woke c**t!

Draw not entirely a surprise given the disruption, opposition but disappointing after such a great two goal start.

Going to need to beat City it looks and that could make it a 5 point gap.

Very frustrating couple of weeks but lets hope it doesnt turn into a frustrating three months like last winter

We do fall apart when we don’t blow teams away with our great front 3. I hope we strengthen midfield this month - need a Thiago type quality, that plays most games with fab. Felt he was on his own in there even though Jimmy tried his best.

We have completely fallen apart and thrown away all aspirations of winning the league in these last 3 games.

      Unacceptable performances.

Guess you don’t need to worry how we will replace Salah and Mane to keep ground with City if you’re already out of the the race by the time they depart.

2 pts only gained has blown it

Fab should have been hooked early 2nd half but he and hendo millie Mo Sadio all know the game, we should  have been 2 nil up in the dressing room at half time. Playing sh*te or not those lads should know to see us to the break 2 up

      It’s FSG’s fault.

Well if we can't compete with City then unfortunately it is.

I'm not an FSG basher it's not really their fault, but it does look like they have taken us as far as they can due to sheik/oil baron owners and non existent FFP rules.

Unless rules change City will win the next 8 out of 10 seasons.

Take City out of the equation (as they are away and gone) its a decent point that.

We fought til the end and although we played too many balls over the top looking for counters for my liking, we left our mark on the gane and deserved the point.

Same with Rashford at United. Good kid but it’s definitely affected his football, although he’s always been overrated, he’ll still be seen as a ‘future star’ when he’s 30.
