And to be honest, if the is the hold up over anything related to playing time or wages, I'd probably be ok if the club pass. Not a good precedent to set with a kid this young coming into the team. If he hasn't seen what's happened with Harvey and that be assurance enough well......

Playing devil's advocate here, but isn't understandable that he wants assurances there is a path to the first team waiting for him here? Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't expect Jürgen to promise game time, but I can also understand the kid not wanting to be just 'another youngster' (even though we are not in the habit of stockpiling talents in the hope that one of them will make it).

Yeah i saw that but i think that was wrong. Joyce, fabrizio and dominic king are all saying that we havent managed to agree a fee with Fulham. This fabrizio guy has been spot on so far this window.

For Euro clubs he’ll be a lot cheaper, like almost free. The tribunal if we got him then could be who knows how high for us. If it’s truly over the fee (and not the playing time assurances) and Klopp wants him, then just get the deal done.

Fulham's lawyers are smarter than you and me. They must know they can lose him for much less in the summer yet they're still holding out for a large fee from us. They must have something up their sleeve.

Nice little bargaining chip there. Guessing Fulham are pushing for more of a sell on fee or more money, and laptop Jules is pushing back by offering Neco on loan instead. This will get done, because it's obviously what every party wants. Just about finding the common ground where the deal can be sealed.
