Really cant understand having 31 days to work on deals and waiting until the 31st day to try and get it done

Not sure he's worth paying a club record fee for personally. Bags of potential but having the ability to cut it in the Premier League is a different thing entirely, just look at Pulisic and in particular, Sancho who have both struggled to make the step up from Dortmund. For the money Bellingham would cost, I'd rather see us go and get 2 players like Diaz and Carvalho for a similar amount and in the case of Carvalho, have every bit as much potential.

Said this in his thread a hell of a lot of money for someone who in all fairness has had one season in Germany and done nothing of note on the international stage . Sure he is  a player but I have my doubts

Ultimately, a player can sign for a team at any stage of a season, they just can't officially become part of that team until the next transfer window so if it's going to happen, then it will happen regardless of whether that is today or some point before the end of the season.

Meh. Fulhams loss. If we do get him in the summer then Fulham will get some money but not 8.5 mil. If he goes outside Premier league then they are fu**ed. The kid is 19, and there are other promising talent out there. Now they may have a pissed off player that blames Fulham for deal not happening.

So now all and Sundrie knew we were after him just raised his bar when he becomes available and the queue longer . Just hope an agreement in place for Summer

If he's serious about joining us and working with Klopp then I can still see us sorting out a deal over the coming months.

So if he agreed a contract with us (including medical) and he is out of contract this summer - is this not a pre-contract deal? Why does Fulham need to sign off on a pre-contract deal for the summer?
