Me too pal, I've said it for years. They are a great attacking threat so dont just let them have the ball in your own half it's madness as a game plan.

Don't know about spurs " having a go " they had just 29% possession, zero corners and just 6 shots. They got very very lucky.

But the 6 opportunities they created were almost easier to sore than to miss.
City were clearly opened up time after time. Mainly because spurs were brave enough to take the game to them.
Let’s hope s few more have the balls to do it, rather than sitting back like lambs to the slaughter.

No mate because now if we win every match left, we will be Champions. We do not need anymore favours. Just one game at a time.

Wouldn’t it be down to GD if city also wins all their games bar ours?

TBH I couldn't see anybody taking 3 points of City apart from us,I wondered where the 3 draws were coming from and how our GD could improve
Harry Kane had me jumping about like a dafty, is it OK to call him " Arry"  when he scored No 3, what a boost for our chances, its game on, still a long way to go,  but its game on.
I can hear their bums knitting buttons from here down Citah way  ,our subs with what 20 mins to go turned it around, one thing , I`d like to see Thiago start please  Jürgen, just sayin ,

Yeah, but neither team will win every match.

Agreed. The stretch run will come down to consistency: which team holds serve most often against the lower table teams. Our match with them is important, but far from the only factor deciding the title.
      .
For now, our only focus should be there points vs. Leeds.

Nice bit of luck in our favour that they've got arguably their biggest game of the season today which they should be going all out in. Hopefully they turn up to Anfield midweek tired and bruised, with us having an extra days rest

Thiago's urging the crowd to turn the volume up was noticeable just before game kicked off again.

The players are defo up for it.

It felt to me that the players actually believed that the title is within grasp yesterday.
Almost like when we got back to 3-2 in Istanbul. The mindset changed....

In the style of Keegan, I would love it if we won it this season. But such a long way to go....

Isn’t it f***in great, watching City on the brink after what they believed was a unassailable lead, now they go into every game looking over their shoulders, I’ve said it before I’ll say it again City don’t handle pressure very well, I don’t mean the pressure of a game I mean if we are breathing down their necks kind of pressure, they will drop more points almost guaranteed, what was it Pep said the other day when asked if there was anyone who can catch them, Liverpool, Liverpool can, pain in the arse, for him to say that tells me he fears us, he knew our capabilities and he knows in a one V one we are more than likely to come out on top, be afraid Pep, be very afraid, we’re coming  to get ye !!

Felt like a really big day in the PL race yesterday.

Not only did we come from behind to win.
Citeh went from drawing and going for a win, to loosing. At home ! And really important they lost rather than got the draw, psychologically.

Don't know why it feels this way, but things kinda went from outside chance to full on get-ahead-of-ourselves we're going to win it, in 24hrs :)

Lot of games to go, but we generally finish seasons strong [I think, just a feeling, didn't google it]
We have players back from injury, lots of players to select from, good competition for places, and what looks like really good morale.

The game against Citeh are their place will likely be massive.

Still calming down, one game at a time and all that :)

The game against Citeh is in between Champions League QF ties. Just imagine if we are thru to the QF and draw Citeh then it will be 3 crunch ties against Citeh within a week. What a treat would that be. Just imagine ...

Few weeks ago everyone was crowning City...now they know if they slip up even one more time we can start the really turn the screws. Pressure is on them. We've been playing from behind for awhile, they have had to start looking over their shoulder. Still a long way to go but I think this is going to go down to the wire and be one for the ages.

Yes, they're capable of doing that again - They're a magnificent team.  But, they're human, so you never know...  We didn't expect Spurs to have a snowball's chance in hell, did we?  Now, they have the bitters away and then the scum to follow that...  Who knows what could happen in those matches?  Last year, as we approached Xmas, all the experts said we'd run away with it, and then stuff happened - Here's hoping we see the same thing this season, but in reverse!  ;)

Spurs have lost just 1 of their last 6 league  games against City. Of course they had a chance which they took. It also puts us on notice for when they come here with just 3 games to go. We'll have to pick up the points City dropped, and Conte being Conte, we'll have to work hard to get them.

We're now unbeaten at home for a year, and unbeaten at home in the league, with fans in attendance, since 2017. Hundreds of thousands of away fans have turned up at our house for league games since then, and not a single one of them has seen their team win a league game here. One wonders why they pay up to show their face tbh.

We had to work hard to win this game, but we dug it out. The quality we have, was enough to get the job done, and now all the pundits that wrote us off at Christmas and as recently as just last week, now have to take us seriously for the rest of the season.

Bielsa suggested in his pre match press conference before his team came here last season, that Anfield without fans isn't Anfield. So it's time to show him what Anfield with fans feels like.
