my contention is the Referees know the rule book inside out but they have no idea how those rules should be applied on a football pitch because most if not all have no experience of playing football. This silhouette nonsense proves it. #the Arsenal penalty were the lad was falling to the ground bringing his hand down to steady himself proves the point do they want players to smash their faces into the ground to avoid a penalty.
