The amount of nervous anxiety I'm feeling already is amazing. With the exception of any Cup Finals...Is the City match the biggest Liverpool match of the last 30 years? With City and Liverpool obviously the 2 best teams in the PL this was inevitable. Eventually a match would happen that is basically a final.

Seems clear opponents have decided to triple team Mo and this strategy has swallowed him up. He needs to pass quicker instead of playing hero ball trying to dribble through so many defenders.

It was the first game back, with a day or two of full squad training with a rotated side. A scrappy 2-0 win with little threat and little to worry about from the opposition today. 10 wins in a row, with some really good, solid performances in there.

I kind of understand where you are coming from but, surely winning when you are probably not at your best is what all the great teams do isn't it ? God help who ever we play when we do hit top form then that's all I can say.

Just keep sticking the 3 points on our total every game that will do me. The record books don't say how brilliant you play to win things.

Performance was okay, on the back of international duty for a lot of our players it was going to be a grind and that is exactly how it. We had good spells of moments but poor finish aloud Watford to stick around and made things more uncomfortable for us until the 2nd goal.

Though Firmino and Thiago looked very good, Gomez looked a tad bit comfortable at RB though he did have a little spell at the end of the half giving the ball away and being frantic.

Think for us it’s a ‘must not lose’ game, City can be incredibly consistent so to be 4 points off them with 7 games to go I think would be tough to claw back.

1 point off though, I’d fancy us to get ahead of them.
