That was nerve wracking sh*t at the very end. Hate seeing that lot score against us and would have liked us to have beaten them by a few but oh well. We knocked them out after that shitshow before kick off - shameful from them.

Yess baby!!!!!!!! What a game from Sadio and the team as a whole! I would've preferred us to hold on to the 3-1 but great game nonetheless.

We definately have a bit of a concentration issue when we are comfortable in games, we made that ending a lot harder than it needed to be. But, I don't think all the subs helped, we lost the control of the midfield when Hendo and then Jones in particular came on. But at the end of the day, we got the win and for 80mins we were in complete control really.

We should've finished it off at the end with Mo and then Bobby.

The scoreline flattered City.

Highlight of the game might just about be when Sterling lined up a freekick, took an age with the run up and then blazed it over into row z.

Klopp's substitutions were awful today, and we made City look good. 3-2 is nothing like the actual game.

We had the opportunity to destroy them. Pretty frustrated. But delighted to hold on, and onto the Final.

Mane clear man of the match. Diaz had a superb game too. Salah should have been the first sub.. and it's a joke how he gets special treatment compared with Mane.

Made them look good? Match is over 90 minutes, first half we demolished them and 2nd half I personally never felt it was like we were under massive pressure, they created a bit but it wasn’t huge pressure we were under.

Agree.   Salah and Firmino both should have had goals.  Big slice of luck for their second going through Alisson's legs.  I was nervous for about 60 seconds after their second but other than that, always looked like a Liverpool win.

Doesn't matter now anyway.  We're through to the final, they're not.

Sadio back to his best today if Mo comes back who knows what we can do this season.

But wow game of 2 halves when they got their 1st so quick i was oh Fvk not again and the 2nd went in my butt cheeks started going off.

Had a good laugh at that, the dummy was about 45 seconds before he hit it haha

In the main portion of that 2nd half we saw it out quite well but I'm not sure we will ever master seeing a game out quietly in these clashes of the big boys.

Got the old heart going anyway, and we take away the win.
