Trent Alexander-Arnold and Ibrahima Konate come back into defence at Estadio de la Ceramica, while Thiago Alcantara and Fabinho are restored in midfield.

Meanwhile, Mohamed Salah returns in attack for the Reds, with Joe Gomez, Joel Matip, James Milner, Jordan Henderson and Luis Diaz the players to make way.

Robertson a bit of a surprise, thought he’d be rested for this one.

I think it is time to abolish this record however I would be still alright if we lose and be in the final nonetheless.

I am predicting a draw but that team is more than capable to find pockets of spaces to hurt them.

No surprises for me perhaps with the exception of Diaz, but then if you have someone like him to come off the bench is a game changer, can’t see them being so gung ho that it would mean adopting suicidal tendencies, but they do need to bring the game to us and that my pedigree chums will open spaces for us to exploit,

That back 6 if we include Fabinho is virtually impenetrable, can anyone see them bagging  three without conceding, no nor can I ?

So it’s simple, sit tight, absorb what they have to offer and hit them on the counter, pass N move is the Liverpool groove so I’d like to see us pass them to death and frustrate the actual sh*te out of them, no need for us to be over exertive either, 4th gear should be plenty, perfection is bagging a couple before HT, but we just need to be patient, and gay Paris beckons !!

I know mate. Every semi final we’ve been in recently has been absolute nail biters! That Roma second leg nearly put me in hospital and don’t get me started on the last 10 mins Vs Barca, I had 999 on speed dial.
