I will be very surprised to us win with Keita in the team. Still can't believe how he missed that chance yesterday.

      F***ing stupid statement

Cant take this too lightly. They've got goals in them when they hit a bit of form.  They seem to get chances whenever we play them, just fluff their lines. I hope we can press their defence without pushing our back line up quite as far as usual as theY do have the pace to take advantage. Its the men running through from deep as we push up that worry me, and as for millie. It has to be millie OR Hendo. They don't compliment each other to well do they.
I'm getting tetchy already. Love the final, but hate the jitters it brings when we're involved. Still think we'll nick kit 3:2

Chelsea play a similar system to Spurs the majority of the time in terms of their midfield and defence. We've struggled against Chelsea this season so it was no coincedence we struggled against Spurs last week. Klopp openly hates that system, he's said about Atletico playing it, Spurs playing it and he's probably commented on Chelsea playing that way too. I'd be amazed if Chelsea deviate away from that style, they did agaist Brentford and got obliterated so they wont risk it against us. It's a horrible set up for us to play against so don't be shocked to see this go beyond 90mins.

Ali, Trent, Matip, Virgil, Robbo, Thiago, Fab, Hendo, Diaz, Mane and Salah is the likely line up.

Subs: Kellerher, Gomez, Konate, Kostas, Milly, Keita, Jones, Jota, Bobby

Would be nice to not go behind as we have done in the last three games.
And 7 FA cup wins for a club with our history is probably the one trophy that is a slightly disappointing haul.

Don't be surprised to see a 4-2-3-1 on Saturday at some point. With Bobby back and league all but won on City, I could see Jürgen throwing caution to the wind and going right after their pussyfooting bus parking.

I know Origi and Bobby have been the odd men out this season, but I see one more big goal from one of them in one of these mext two finals.

      Liverpool 2-1

A bit more than 48 hours before kickoff. I'm already finding myself distracted., Running through scenarios.

A better start than the last two games would be nice.

Only trophy I've never see us win, so it's been on my mind for a while now. Got a watch party at my house, and one way or another, I'm getting drunk.

Gutted that Fabio is out of the final. Defensively it's a big blow, OK we have Hendo but the Fabio/Hendo combo would've covered the back 4 from plenty. Thiago is more of playmaker, Keita is more of an attacking midfielder.

Gaffa might be tempted to go Hendo, Thiago and Milner. Whatever way he goes the mid 3 will have to work their socks off.

I want this cup so much, want the CL more of course but still lets try for both please. My apprehension is building up gradually but extremely, still fairly relaxed and just see what happens.
Been listening to podcasts on youtube with loads of Irish fans,  saying they don't give two craps about the FA cup, well erm support an Irish team then and don't like your national leagues cup then, find it so disrespectful when people come out with crap like that. I celebrated the carling cup  I think it was back then with Kenny Dalglish before he got sacked like it was the most precious thing ever and it was a tight game and we barely won, so many spoilt little tosspot brats omg man.
Anyhow, really looking forward to this, good luck to LFC, and lets not start out confused like a couple of games recently.

It is a shame what they’ve done to the FA Cup final from when I was a kid.

4.45 kick off, with league games still to play just doesn’t feel right!

True, a positive about it being a later kick off though is that it's going to be cool being able to watch it in the pub with a bit of atmosphere and a few nice drinks :D
