what will happen if Villa Score twice in the first 10 mins then .

I actually think our best bet is if City are one goal up with 10 to play and the nerves set in.

Villa going up early is something that galvanises them. Remember Brighton scored an early goal in 2018-19. If they can just keep it to a goal and then who knows what can happen in the last few minutes.

I can't see it happening myself but at least we've forced them to win out and taken it to the wire. A monumental effort given how far ahead they were.

I'll be power sliding down the street on my knees I think, whilst forgetting there is still 80mins to play.

Wow 9 changes just goes to show how our squad is getting stronger every year.
Apart from their goal and maybe the last 5 minutes we were always in control and players looked so calmed, get in we take it to the last day praying for Gerard to work some magic on his team.
And konate every time he starts for us we have been unbeaten

Done all we needed to do, and with a revamped side.

I’m sure if we are winning at half time on Sunday snd city are still 0-0, word will get through snd they’ll all want  to score the winner, which will F**k their rythm up and it’ll be a catalogue of errors. Pep screaming  his nuts off from the touch line will only make them worse.

So confident we’re gonna do this!

Dominated and just shows the togetherness when players on the fringe, for want of a better phrase, come in and work so hard. Bobby was my MOTM but the whole team put in a shift.

One low point was Joe going off injured. Hope it's not serious.

Good performance that underscores our squad strength. Konate was top notch, first to practically everything and MOTM for me. I always worry with a big guy like that especially when they're young that they might be a bit clumsy or poor in their decision making but he is showing levels of ability and experience beyond his years. Definitely learning from the best!

Bobby was fantastic, ghosting into spaces and linking the play, doing everything really but score -- good to see him return from injury in such fine form going into the final league game as it means we can be fresher for Paris. Harvey put in a good shift, Kostas too showed moments towards the end in particular which demonstrate his reliability. Overall it felt like a team absolutely determined to get the win. It's now over to City! Don't let the pressure tell! You might just f*ck it up!

Great performance from the second string side. I know Soton really have nothing to play for but we put in a great performance with a make shift side.

Thought Firmino was very effective making space and controlling the ball in tight areas and Elliott who really wasn't featuring much in the squad recently but he has something special about him. Hopefully he can stay focus and fit for next year think the sky is the limit for the guy.

Yeah nobody does a melt down like Pep...Bazil Fawlty of the touchline. Crucial game nerves might filter through to the players, when it's down to the last knockings you just never know and that could play on Pep's mind.

Then again Pep is the consummate pro. He's been round the block and then some. Do we really think this man could bottle it,....nah. Our only chance is Villa flirting with lady luck and pulling off a fluky draw.

Just focus on our game at Wolves and try get a healthy lead, it will be very nervy if City are drawing or holding a 1 goal lead from 60 mins on!

Pep’s head will absolutely explode from the tension if they don’t wrap up their game early on, but they’ve always shown they are very clinical but we are definitely in their heads so hopefully that plays on their minds

The FA are trying to explain why Atkinson yet again fu**ed up saying it was a clear mistake so what the F**k is VAR for and when you think about the Everton penalty against City the lack of VAR could cost us the league title. Then they wonder why we Boo the FA and authority in general because quite simply they dont answer to anyone and get away with it year after year.
TO coin a well known phrase " F**k the lot of them"

Thought we played really well last night.  The nine changes - they all had energy to burn I thought and as the game wore on we looked stronger and fitter.

Another gritty performance from the Reds again, Bobby, Matip, Konate and Ali all superb. Great strike by Mini. And motm for me was Milner, just kept going last night, no wonder he's getting a contract extension.
