My sense is he's almost certainly heading for a loan if not a sale with a buyback or sell on clause. The manager tried him to begin with before sitting him out for extended periods of time and then he never got a look in. It was quite a dramatic shift. Jürgen obviously doesn't feel he is ready and it isn't just an age thing, as the rise of Bajcetic shows. I think he's a talented player but succeeding also depends on other qualities like mentality, physique, ability to adapt etc. Something is amiss at this stage and it's about finding a way to nurture whatever that is; whether that's with us or another club is a judgment we must trust the manager to make.
