Gotta wonder if we actually are planning on keeping him or not. I'm struggling to understand if his attitude problems (with the couple of statements he made earlier) are something Klopp will work with or if those coupled with his reported bad training ethics were the final nails in his coffin.

If this is the case then maybe Fulham would be willing to pay us a chunk of that Palhinha money they will get from Bayern to get him back? Maybe a loan with an obligation to buy.

And when would he play?  I dont assume were brining him back to be a training partner. At best, I see us loaning him to a championship side and moving on from him in the summer

Agree with this. I think he's good enough to go on loan to a team in the middle or bottom of Premier league.  I think it's to early to give up on him playing for LFC, he's got talent and if he can commit to working on his game it's still possible. But most likely option is that we sell him in the next 2 years.

If he returns from loan he will probably go out on another loan for 2nd half of season.

Well ... I'm no mental giant but I can say with certainty that the summer we signed him i said theyre either convinced he's first team ready or if not he should be loaned back to Fulham where he was playing well and regularly in order to get a years experience playing in the Premier league.

Now he's been packed off on loan with no agreement to him having to play regularly there

We've got it badly wrong with this kid. Time to sort it out. Terminate the loan which I assume we can do in January and loan him out to a prem team where he will play regularly.

But ultimately they mustn't feel he's good enough to be starting for them which tells its own story really.

Ultimately he was signed for low money and making our money back plus some profit won't be difficult if that's what it comes down to.

I wish that Klopp and him has cleared the air. I would keep him until the last minute of January to see if we need him or not due to injuries and demand.

With Doak being out then hopefully will see him sorting things out with Klopp and rebuilding his career with us

There's a very decent footballer locked inside this lad, I hope he's given a lot of thought to what he wants to be. Needs to get his head down and work hard in training and hopefully he'll get his reward. Still very young, hopefully he's grasped he's not going to get a better chance to shine at an elite club...as I say put in the hard yards and see how it pans out....Good luck to him.

Needs to go on loan to a prem team if we see any future for him here. Fulham would be a good choice ... maybe see if they want to do something with Robinson at left back as well.

Definitely something to O'Neil as a manager. Been impressed by him a lot.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say he will never play for our squad again. Just don't rate him. Hopefully he does well on his loan and we can turn a nice profit

He's still very young. I honestly think he has it in him to get back in the squad.
