We all know Sven is managing us for this game, which in itself makes it a worthwhile cause but also what the LFC Foundation is doing and the Forever Reds.

I've been getting teary eyed just watching the build up, seeing some of my heroes (and Bjorn Tore Kvarme) back in Red.

Wish I could of gone but couldn't get today off work and wouldn't of made it to Anfield in time. For anyone who is lucky enough to be there, please enjoy every moment of it.

I still love him, made up when he scored! Seeing Sven in tears at YNWA and at various times during the match, was very emotional, so glad we gave him this opportunity! I wish Sven all the very best going forward and hope he gets more years from this terrible disease. Just remember Sven YNWA especially as a member of the LFC Family.
Loved seeing all the legends, thoroughly enjoyable match and raised a lot of money for the LFC Foundation!

I heard in commentary that Sven's dad, who is 94, is a keen red and watches us every weekend. Well he must've been one proud dad seeing his son come out of that tunnel and standing on the pitch as YNWA was sung. A wonderful moment and I sincerely wish Sven all the strength in his battle against this horrible disease.

The money raised is amazing. All the players turning out for the cause. Was great to see big Sami at the back ... always one of my favourites. Dirk Kuyt hasnt changed abit ... still outstanding.

Sven .... such a special moment. You could see what it meant to him. I wish him every bit of luck and health so he can be here next year. Ynwa sven.

And finally, one of my all time heroes Fernando Torres, back in Liverpool red. And to see him score at the kop end ... it meant the world to him ... and it was the same for me. Sh*t happens in life ... we do what we think is right. We dont always get it right. Id forgiven him before the end of his chelski nightmare. Today he was just amazing ... glided across that field. Just Fernando Torres, the liverpool no9 !!!!

I know Torres' goal was sloppy.. but he still looks a player.

Wouldn't mind him in the squad and coming on when we need a goal. May be a better option that Gakpo

Glad everybody seemed to have a good day out, raising money for charity is always a nice thing to do. A very nice gesture having Sven manager for the day, also would like to wish him well with his battle against this terrible disease.

Look forward to next week's home game against Brighton, hoping they pick up another three points in their quest for the title.

Fantastic day for all involved, the winner for me was the Foundation and what it does for those who need it most in that locale, but special day too for Sven, LFC made his dream come true and we all seen what it meant to him, it would be emotional at the best of time but it’s extra special knowing that Sven has his personal battle to face,

We all of course wish Sven the best and I speak from personal experience that it won’t be easy albeit my condition wasn’t as serious, I hope he fights the good fight and prolongs his life as long as possible, he has the Liverpool family behind him and as we all know we never give up !!
