Got to watch the game as they were playing Canada (where I am from). Took the goal well just after missing a half chance on the volley from Suarez a couple minutes early. As for the rest if the game wasn't really much of a factor, got loads of space on the left as they seem to be hitting long balls wide to the left while he made that run wide but a lot of passes were miss hit.

Haaland is smashing in a goal for each minute this lad plays.

Agree time to unleash Darwin, against Rangers tonight, perfect oppotunity to score a goal or two !

Thought he was very good tonight with excellent movement and ability to get his shots off and on target.

Clearly needs to improve on his passing but you can tell he will be top class once he finds his groove by getting on the same wavelength as his colleagues.

Just needs a bit of luck. Very close to exploding into life......

He’s 23 now his passing should be better than what  it is. I just can’t work out yet how good he is or going to be. Not that it  matters what I think.

He's just not the finished article. The bare ingredients are there but I'm not sure we can accommodate him in the PL just yet in anything other than as an impact sub.

Gonna be a player for us this boy. Thought he looked dangerous tonight and with a little more bedding in time will score plenty of goals

well you would need to add Mo into this category as well because he is a shadow of his former self in front of goal. He had a dodgy start and being young probably feels he needs to prove himself so give him a few more months before the Andy Carrol comparisons come.

I think you're doing Luis dirty with that recollection. The bloke was exceptionally gifted.
