I agree. Invariably when playing against any decent side the keeper is MOTM.

What I’d love to see him do more of us what he done in the build up to the Elliot goal (or own goal).

Back to goal, controlled the ball well from Ali’s pass, held off the defender, lovely turn and played the right pass to Salah. All done so quickly and didn’t overthink it. We know he can produce the moments like he did against Newcastle, but this is the stuff you love to see in a striker.

And that's why I say even on a bad day he's effective. He was loose with some touches, he wasn't clinical in front of goal, etc. But he started that attack and created apace for Elliot by making a run in the box.

I know some people don't like the "he creates chaos" thing, but there's some validity to it. If anything, this season the chaos is much more controlled and were ar our best with him on the pitch.

I think within 2 seasons he will be our top scorer.  He had a good start then got that red card.  He's showing a lot of potential the competition is high but has a lot of tools to get scoring chances.

he well may be mate but one thing for sure he will be very important to the side scoring ,assists or just destroying the oppo's defence.

Some player, will only get better.

just watched his goals and assists and despite the experts saying he is "Raw " and still developing they want to watch his performances and his touch is really good all of his goals are taken with real finesse he is looking better and better the more he plays with Mo wouldnt surprise me if he is top scorer this season

Salah and Nunez really complement each other, superb players.

I don’t think Nunez is raw this season, he’s going to bag 25+ goals, I can feel it.

Unfortunately for Jota & Gapko I think nunez is ahead of them now for premier league games anyway.

But plenty games to go round, if we go deep in Europa and domestic cups it will be over 60 games this season, need all 5 strikers.

The love for this guy. Watching highlights agin and the energy and clear passion he showed sitting on bench and then after game loves it and is absolutely made for us.
