I can’t wait to see what Klopp does with him!

It's mouth watering thinking about it isn't it, Jürgen will only improve him, his future is exceptionally bright.

It was announced so late I was getting worried. I expected 3pm to be the latest.

you can tell by the pathetic response from other clubs they are worried just how good this lad could be. Even UTD supporters slagging him off for his price despite offering more. Cant wait to see how he gets on

Same way every set of bitter opposition supporters slagged off VVD and Alisson when we paid  big money for them.

Well, I take this as good news then

Welcome to Liverpool FC Darwin, you have just become the newest member of the greatest football family on the planet, you don’t know it yet but you will before too long have Legendary status, right up their with our former greats in Rush, Fowler, Aldridge etc,

Jürgen believes in you, so therefore we believe in you, all you need do is believe it yourself, and I think you do already, you’ll love it here you truly will, so much so you won’t ever want to leave, so strap yourself in lad, cos you’re in for one hell of a ride.

Got to adopt the ‘Suarez’ song for him, fellow Uruguayan seems  so fitting, altogether now everyone ‘Di di di….Darwin Nunez…Di di di’….

This lad is going to be an absolute superstar! Can't F***ing wait to see him play for us, all that Manc first touch stuff is bollocks.

A proper striker for Liverpool with Klopp. Remember what he did for Lewandowski and I'm drooling at the possibilities. This guy has so much raw ability..

After all the negativity of Sadio leaving and being unsure what we'd do to change as a team, it's really cool to look forward to seeing what this kid can do and to see him improve (most probably/definitely) with our coaching team and players.
Makes it more interesting that he isn't the finished article yet with him still being really young. To be able to play that way at 22 is something else.
Already seeing the team evolve, with Jota, Diaz and Nunez, wonder how the midfield will be revamped or added to.

Thought he looked good against us. Other than that, not seen enough of him to make a judgement, but Jürgen's record in the transfer market is off the charts, so very optimistic about this guy. Cavani seems the very obvious comparison (which would do very nicely.)

Be interesting to see the effect he has on our overall way of playing. Hopefully won't change it too much, but maybe our 2 wide strikers will play a bit more like orthodox wingers. Probably the crossing from our FBs will be enough to keep him supplied though. He should make parking the bus against us a bit trickier.

      Welcome to LFC, Darwin!

So we've brought in Nunez from Benfica, Diaz from Porto and two Portuguese natives in Jota and Carvalho over the last two years.

Safe to say, we're going to have a Portugoal threat up front.

Darwin isn't Manes replacement. Diaz is. Darwin just an added dimension. IMO

Felt it at the time, when we got Diaz.
That was the beginning of the next phase.
Darwin is an addition to that.
We're witnessing the building blocks of the next great Klopp team.

Got this off RAWK, as the title of the video says, from someone who watches Benfica games and his opinion.

If he plays as well for us as he did against us, he’s going to be a boss signing.

Fifa 22 finally arrived on Game Pass, signed him, scored 5 in my first career match, as a sub, guaranteed success.

And finishing is a disaster, we want our money back. Seriously, his shooting yesterday was poor but lack of fitness and match fitness.

I won't play him much this afternoon because I do like Utd's tactics. Maybe 15-20 mins max if his blisters are ok.
