We got 1 point from them this year, and even with the season we've had, still finished comfortably ahead of them.

The whole investigation is about UEFA being "seen" to be acting on potential wrongdoing. We've seen this playbook a million times.
Months or even years of litigation will end with a verdict of not proven, or at most corporate negligence. Net result: Nothing....or at most, a ticking off.
UEFA can then claim they investigated it thoroughly and fairly.

It's not a UEFA investigation. That ship has sailed.

We can all speculate about sanctions, that's irrelevant tbh at this stage. I asked what is the hold up for? Other nations FA's seem to deal with these issues far sooner than the FA.

It takes them 48 hours max to bring a player up on a disrepute charge, and a couple of weeks max to find them guilty as charged.

Everyone needs to know what is happening regarding these charges. The sooner the process starts, the sooner we'll have an outcome.

Until the appeal is lodged anyway....
