Agreed they don’t just yet but what’s to say they won’t be buying more players in the January window.

They can’t spend too much money unless they start to go down the city cheating route

It’s not years away Pj, they could pick up a cup competition sooner than you think.

4th now and looked very good away to SPurs and should have won by more wait until they sign Ronaldo in January for Free and spend £100mil to keep the top 4 going. Thats City Arsenal and Newcastle leaving far too many teams fighting for one CL spot. /invesmtent in teams equals success in this current era.

Villa 4 up… not very good for Gerrard

Doubt it matters one bit for Gerrard.

So Villa bother to play after Gerrard is sacked.  :o

What utter nonsense football players are. Attitude stinks. Same as our lads putting in that disgraceful performance because they are playing Forest. Gets tons of £ each week and only play football when they feel like it.

Newcastle becoming a difficult side to play against now, certainly not the style I thought Howe would play but very effective so far and they will continue to take points off the big teams this season.

Once they are in and around the European spots I expect them to go very hard in the transfer window.

going to happen mate no good pretending it isnt because they have the backing to be as succesful as City and if they are in with a sniff of CL football in 2023/2024.

If there is one player in the league the past few seasons I wish we could have it is De Bruyne. Quality.

Would have been Gerrard reincarnate. He modelled his game after Stevie.

Well Leicester wouldn't have scored if they'd played till tomorrow. Loads of changes for City ... 3 points.

Was it DIaz with the high foot chin high I seem to remember Sadio getting sent of for similar but this didnt even merit a yellow. The De Bruyne kicking out at the Goal keeper  and again nothing done about it are they scared of City .

Nobody apart from City fans and the majority of kiss arse pundits will be impressed with another bought title, no different to PSG.
Just shows how well we did to compete with City twice getting 90 odd points and not winning, to be fair to Klopp that's an unsustainable level without matching/bettering their spending/wages power.
I'd be impressed with Arsenal winning the PL but not that fake rule bending club.

If only everton had been given a penalty, if only we'd beat Tottenham, if only we hadn't have blown multiple 2 goal leads ... so many reasons we didn't win the league. It was disappointing for sure
