City & Arsenal still the better side and without Casemiro we’re found wanting to often for me. Still short of at least 3/4 players to give city a run next year. We need a exodus of 4/5 players in the summer truth be known. Don’t get me wrong I’m loving our change in form which we all know down to now having a good manager who simply hasn’t put a foot wrong ( so far)

When he basically got rid of Ronaldo it was a big big statement from his behalf on how he wanted to take the club forward. It’s just impossible to fault any of his decisions so far. Long long way to go but it’s just nice to have a smile on my face watching us play again.

Hopefully it will be a massive  transfer window for us in the summer. Even a top striker wouldn’t be enough as we still need additions in midfield & defence. With a bit of luck ( well a lot 😂 ) we can pinch Bellingham from under your nose. 😊

Obviously some United fans  ( rose tints ) thing we can sneak it this year but that would mean city and Arsenal both dropping points, it may happen to one team, probably the latter but not both.

I’m just enjoying the ride of hoping to hold on to top four and the Micky Mouse Cup for the icing on the cake for this season. 🤞🤞🤞

Bellingham needs to just look at Sancho to realise what happens when you go to that club ;)

This Spurs - West Ham game is sleep inducing

I like Declan Rice, if WHU go down, would he be more affordable?

      Him and Bellingham…

That would have us sorted for years

Probably cost us £180m for both…

      But…
      Sell keita ÂŁ70m
      Sell ox ÂŁ35m
      Sell Phillips ÂŁ25m
      Sell Bobby ÂŁ65m

      Quids in.

In the real world I can’t see it happening.

Jesus mate what fantasy football world are you living in? Keita will go on a free. Probably Ox too.  We'll get about 10 million for Phillips at best and 20 mill for Bobby at very best.

No, Bobby will fetch a decent sum, probably around 20m or so I'd wager. Just because people don't rate him for what he does for us doesn't mean other teams wouldn't love to have him. I've read rumors of Real even sniffing around the idea of buying him.

Not that it matters, it appears we are going to extend him anyway. We will get more than 10 for Phillips though I do believe so that will be something. But no way are we selling enough to buy Bellingham, much less him and someone else. I'm not sure what planet some folks are on but for us to have a big summer, the club is going to have to loosen the purse strings and speculate a little bit. Of course this is all conjecture from my tiny brain so take it for what it's worth.

Firminos contract finishes in the summer so if he leaves it’s on a free transfer

And if we extend him before summer, someone would have to pay a fee for him.

If they wanted to sell him they'd be stupid to not give him a contract extension first so that we'd get something out of him. I don't believe they are selling him so I don't really care, but man...you really have to be right about everything don't you?

Bit narcissistic. You may want to see someone about that...not a good trait to have.

You said the club would get ÂŁ20mil for him when someone said they would get nothing for him

He is out of contract at the end of the summer - the club won’t be able to sell him

Instead of insulting me just say you got it wrong that’s all - it’s ok if you don’t understand transfers

Or maybe teams re-sign players so that they can actually get something out of them in the event they are sold instead of letting them walk for free (which I don't believe will be the case with Bob...but it's a possibility). I mean it's not a hard concept to grasp but if you are only concerned with being a pedant well then.........be a pedant.

Can you recall the last time the club signed a player on a new contract to then look to sell them

Why are you making up a scenario that doesn’t happen

If someone wanted to get him then they just approach him now and offer him a contract

I don't recall no, so it must not have ever or could ever have happened. Thank you for your insight. Hopefully this response will stroke your narcissistic ego enough that you'll leave me alone and stop replying to my posts....FFS
