Has there been some kind of announcement on either Carvalho or Henderson and how long they are out for?

Waiting on a scan for hendo & they Carvalho was a dead leg, so probably be back in for napoli or the weekend league game at worst.

Looks like Jones is injured again? Not on the bench at the weekend and hasn’t trained today.

Did they ever tell us what his injury was? i know Jürgen described it as "unlucky" but don't recall exactly what it was.

You think it’s just bad luck we have more players injured than the rest of the combined Top 6?

Injuries generally are just luck. We had a very lucky season last year with not very many long term injuries and not too many out at same time.

If you believe in fairies it’s up to you.

We have come back from preseason with most of our players getting injured with similar muscular injuries yeah that’s just bad luck 😁

Injuries are part and parcel of the game - we have just come off a season where we played every game , players had a shorten break in between

The manager plays an intense style and injuries will happen - there is no doubt that Jones came back when he was clear from injury but as we have seen for decades there will always be cases where an injury reoccurs

No one denies injuries are part of the game but the reason why teams have a sports science/ conditioning dept is to avoid things like muscular injuries, so something has gone wrong this season.

      Contact injuries you can’t avoid.

It’s impossible to avoid muscle injuries- they can try their best but you just can’t avoid them
