If you believe in fairies it’s up to you.

We have come back from preseason with most of our players getting injured with similar muscular injuries yeah that’s just bad luck 😁

Im a tolkien fan, so I do believe in fairies.  :lmao:

It’s impossible to avoid muscle injuries- they can try their best but you just can’t avoid them

Of course you can. Jürgen's style is very demanding and provoces stress injuries more than other styles. Therefore it would be good if Jürgen did some self-scout and dialed back his pressing to play more like Tottenham. Instead he tries to play like City, but City has just better players and that means they are better, i.e. they can do things more efficient than our average Liverpool player.

updates from klopp just now .....

Curtis Jones trained y'day and looked good, just 1st session.

Naby and Ox still a bit away [from returning].

Arthur is injured in last session before Rangers. Normal situation, a muscle.

      Robertson is running, looks close.

      Curtis is closest [to returning].

Be surprised if Ox plays another game for you Brez, I’d of thought they would try and sell him to fund other transfers.

The Ox cost £35m...Keita...£52m...We have done really well considering both these players haven't proved their worth. Down to poor form and bad luck injuries mostly. Won't get much back if anything. Think their both out of contract at the end of this season.

It's just possible we might offer Keita something as he turns 28 next Feb. Depends if he does anything decent this season. The Ox however will leave.  I'm sure the injuries have devastated him so I'll wish him well.

Sign an injury-prone, out-of-form midfielder and he gets injured trying.to work his way into form. Who knew?!?!?!

Injury prone, out of form and probably most significant massively out of shape and probably overcompensated with too much fitness to get into shape in too short a time

Hardly a surprise. Im going to be honest here. I feel for the lad ... nothing at all against the player but he'd hardly pulled any trees up to justify being signed here. Nowhere near our level. This signing stunk of a shambles from the start.

Nobody is telling me that wijnaldum, erikson and others who were available last summer where not better than what we already have. We got what we deserved with this. Shambles of a summer. Shambles of a signing. No top club operates like this. We are being left behind on the field.

Well that's a write off 100%. I mean sorry for the lad but how much was self inflicted. If your out of shape and you are then parachuted into a top club, put through an intensive 'get fit' programe and your body fails you...whose to blame...us or him..or both.....

The fact he arrived here so out of shape just makes this even worse. How did he pass a medical ... I guess they don't check these things on a medical. Fsg take full responsibility for this mess ... and the mess thar is this season. Their negligence is coming home to roost. Not particularly looking forward to this afternoon.

Arthur needs sending back to juve ... if that's possible. Contractually it might not be and we will have to keep paying him.

My son told me that Arthur was injury prone at Juventus as well. Was apparently training on his own at Juventus. 4.5 million euros one year loan fee with an option to buy at end of loan period for 37.5 million euros.

Have we just done another Aquilani?

Trent's one looked bad - was surprised we let him play on to be honest. Hopefully he is ok.

Diaz would be a big loss.

Hopefully it's nothing too serious, let him swerve Wednesday and be back for City, but that would be clutching straws.

With our luck, he'll probably be out until after the world Cup.
