At least back it up with some examples.
If you honestly believe that Salah... (and indeed others) haven't exaggerated contact in an effort to influence a referee, then I suspect your rose tints are perhaps permanent fixtures that no amount of visual evidence could physically bypass.

Was on the kop tonight for the first time since the pandemic!
      Brief nonsense thoughts…

Nunez is a complete and utter idiot. I had a perfect view of it and could barely believe I’d seen something so stupid.
      Elliott and Diaz were superb.
Why on earth didn’t Gomez start?!?!
      We’re really missing Jota

Final point…. Crowd were absolutely woeful apart from 10 minutes after the red. Like genuinely it was painful how quiet it was at times…. Sign of the time it seems….
Gomez is the better player of the 2...So that was a strange selection..Most supporters will feel that JK got that one wrong

Yeah I mean clearly the reason was fitness for Gomez but the difference was enormous

Nunez next available game is against Everton in early September. About the same time keita is due an injury.

I’m not too disheartened at the moment. We seem to be running on empty for quite a while now though.

Too many players are out of form. We will come good again, I just hope it’s not too late to get involved in a title challenge.

This is what I'm trying to say.

After being so far in front of the rest my question to you is what do you think is the cause for them catching us?

I voted for Harvey for mom.  solid all round performance. Diaz goal was brilliant, but up till then he was very frustrating on the ball and was looking out of ideas until that bit of magic.

My biggest concern with these first two matches has been the lack of sharpness. The quality of the passing, first touches and off the ball work, while still high, has not been up to the standard of the past few seasons. The team will still fight, but other teams can fight. It was our quality that set us apart from nearly every other team in the world. That hasn't been the case these first two league matches.

I think it is least in part due to the abbreviated preseason training setup (due to the World Cup but also our tour)> Sure it is the same for everyone, but I think Jürgen's system and culture rely more on a proper amount of dedicated and focused training. This impacts fitness, cohesion and sharpness. I think this is why Jürgen is so adamant that we don't need to buy anybody else. For him it's about developing the players we already have.

Our injury situation could cause a rethink from club management with that, but as I say, it's the lack of sharpness that really concerns me.

Surprised Naby didn't start but really confused he wasn't given any minutes. Got to batton down the hatches and get some players back . Joe will have to partner VVD and even Bobby may not be back for Utd.

Have you not heard Klopp he will not "buy" players for an injury situations that are resolved in a few weeks  :D   Don't expect any changes or transfers. It is not gonna happen. We will rather see some of the kids from the youth team to get minutes now....

We will survive this low standard performances but will we be will too late for a title race, time will tell...

At least, we're up only against Utd.

On a positive note , if we keep this form up I might actually get a ticket for the second half of the season.

Every year we know we have some challenges in our team and we don't address them...This year shocking midfield will cost us titles. And when you see:

Wolves are now closing on Matheus Nunes deal with Sporting, agreement on €45m fee plus €5m in add-ons as talks on player side are still ongoing and progressing. 🚨🟠 #WWFC

We need better performances. This can be done through 1) acquiring better players or 2) existing players stepping up their performance levels.
Let's get directly to the point for those who only believe in 1) - We need better players!!! We ain't buying them. We are doomed. We are paying for it.

We have Jürgen. How doomed can we be??? Me can't track how many times we have updated or wall since he came. We will get through this.

They gonna sit back and counter that’s for sure.
Everyone sees that’s the effective tactic against us to at least secure a draw 🤷‍♂️

Proper deflating at the moment, always in losing position, chasing our tails, floating balls around the place.

Lost the final, drew first 2 games of the season.

Just feels a little meh and depressing.

Hope we can sort our form asap
