If Salah is up too through the middle then imo we need someone like Carvahlo behind him to fill the gap back to the midfield

      I have it like this:

                     Fab
          Hendo
                      Carvalho

      Elliot      Salah     Diaz

But whatever formation we play the main thing is that those 6 start for me.

Just think with 3 games in a week he won't start all 3 so maybe this is the one to let Carvalho have a chance seeing as he was playing against these last season

I also think games will give him fitness and form, it could pay off

                                  Alisson

      Trent.         Gomez.        Van Dijk.   Robertson

                       Henderson.      Fabinho
                                      Cavalho

             Elliot.                 Salah.                 Diaz

Toyed with putting Bobby in but in all honesty I couldn't justify it.

Bench will be interesting today. Gk, milner, tsmikas and Bob but the other 5 are likely to be the kids again.

We need to win and win well today. Hit them hard early, and get ahead. Newcastle on Wednesday will be tough.

I’ve gone for a reds win but lowered the margins following our recent form.
So hoping for the three points, but wouldn’t be surprised if we draw again.

Always been confident we’d win any match, but not sure what to expect at the mo 🤷‍♂️

      Will be a tricky game.

Can't say I'm that confident Bournemouth will feel they can get something, but we should be strong enough to take 3 points.

That’s the problem, no one is confident, even the players

what happens if we go a goal down yet again. I would take a 1-0 win regardless how it happens 93rd minute own goal anything to get a clean sheet again.

maybe we should just start the game 1-0 down and get on with it. I cant see anything other than a big reaction today and I am sur ethe Crowd will be up for this provided they see the players at it

      I think he should.

For whatever reason Robertson and Diaz just aren't clicking at the minute and our whole back four look fatigued.

If the crowd is quiet and nervous, that will feed down to the players. Need to be making lots of noise to raise them.

they know there job mate but the players have to show them they are up for it win lose or draw the fans always support the  lads as long as they put in a shift. I am going for a 5-1 thrashing with us going 1 -0 down as usual followed by Anfield erupting in support

I think getting the first goal could be a turning point in the season (this early I know). So many times recently we’ve been chasing the game and, more often than not, we still get something out of it. If we can just get the first and end that terrible run, I think it will give us a lot of confidence.

I do think perhaps the lads do have a bit of a hangover from last seasons efforts and a good win today will get them back in the groove. Bournemouth is the perfect game play our best and we will just destroy them  if we are still a bit hit and miss it cold be messy

Let's f**king show the league we are still to be feared! 4-0 Redmen.

                                                              Ali

                                        Trent      Gomez     VVD    Tsimikas

                                                              Fab
                                              Hendo                   Carvalho

                                        Elliot              Salah           Diaz

I do not want to see Milner anywhere near our starting midfield. I think we have nothing to lose starting Carvalho ahead of him and we need something a bit different up top so to allow Salah to get in the middle and the wide players to remain inverted in terms of strongest foot I would have Elliot down the right. Have dropped Robertson, if we had Matip or Konate available I would have dropped Trent also to have Gomez RB.

I just pray we do not see a Milly & Hendo midfield.

Start fast and score quickly and get the confidence flowing, let's go redmen!

Would go with that team too, only toss up for me would be between Kostas and Robbo, Kostas hasn't been great either when he's had minutes. But in fairness he hasn't started.
Milly and Bob surely won't start  ???
And hope TAA and VVD have had a few redbulls.

Could really do with an early goal to settle us and the crowd down, cause think players and fans could be a bit apprehensive. Let's see.

      CMON BOYS !!!
