Don't think he's featured much recently in the RB Salzburg starting 11, and Pepijn leaving probably won't do the rest of his loan period much favour....

I would like to see him come back and prove himself.

Unless that injury has set him back, I was hoping the loan stint at RB Salzburg was going to be a great stepping stone for the lad...
12 games isn't great, and I think a few of those were sub appearances too...

He’s struggled for starts even under Pep. Only 1 of 5 CL starts and 7 of 12 league starts.

Good to see him featuring a lot more and if his injuries are behind him then I’m sure he’ll have a good career somewhere, just don’t see that being with us. He isn’t physically imposing or good enough on the ball for the type of player Arne wants there, the fact the first position we targeted was a #6 tells you everything. Once we go back in, that’ll see his chances slipping further away.

Some players improve when the players around them are better as they up the game.

I as a secondary teacher, some students excel themselves when put with high flyers.

Think they will be better suited for him

Use him as makeweight in the summer to get Cardoso, should Betis be impressed with him.

Looks like the injuries have rellly set him back.

Shame his loan hasn't gone as planned, not sure how he becomes a regular in the Las Palmas side if he can't force his way past a few kids at Salzburg.
