If yesterday's game summed up our form for the season, this injury sums up our luck for the season. Sorry for the lad and now all we can hope for is he makes a full recovery and doesn't rush anything.

The fact that even our youth prospects that've trained with the first team are picking up all these bad injuries tells me it's something we're putting the players through daily.

Goes back to Jerome Sinclair and Rhian Brewster both having their careers blighted by injury as soon as they tried to step up.

Now it's Gordon/Doak/Ramsay/Baj ....something's really untoward.

Mane basically pointed out the riggers of training as a factor into leaving. Something isn't right.

Well any chance of finishing top 4 is out the window now.

We'll be lucky to finish the season with 3 fit midfielders.

I agree, Given the low expectations that have been peddled regards the clubs expected inactivity in the transfer market I think this lads development is absolutely critical for our midfield.

He played well last season, gave us sone energy in the middle of the pitch which had been sorely lacking. He also looked good on the ball and played with confidence. Fingers crossed he can stay fit.

I think everyone was impressed by the quality and maturity of this lad and I remember how Trent grabbed his chance at Old Trafford and as the saying goes if you are good enough you are old enough. Could be our secret weapon for our midfield and at this point we really need the numbers

Just to remind everybody we do already have a talented 19 year old DM in our squad. I’m assuming he will be in the squad for the home game with Bournemouth.

He’s superb - maybe him and Thiago can share the position this season.

What is his injury? Is it bad?

Can’t be too long until he’s back in the fold, with Wataru imminent, he’ll learn a hell of a lot from him, just as Fab would have had he stayed, we won’t or shouldn’t rush him back, ease him in gently, 20-30 mins here and there, get him match fit first, then it’s up to Jürgen when and how often he plays, and who against,

We also have Tyler Morton to nurture, he hasn’t gone away (loan) as far as I’m aware, but the window doesn’t shut for two weeks yet so we’ll see.

With this kid coming back if we do get Endo and keep Thiago I don't see a need for another CDM. It would have been great to have Caciedo or Lavia yes but if Endo can be here for a couple of seasons and we get another season or two out of Thiago this can put Stefan in great stead to become the CDM we needed when looking at Caciedo or Lavia.

think somebody already posted about his injuries so lets just wrap him up in cotton wool and wait for him to develop into a beast of a player. Think he cost us £300k and we wanted to spunk £50mil on Lavia who only played a handful of games more in a sh*t team.

Im sure he started training same time as Thiago. So probably still a couple of weeks away from being available I reckon.

He went on the 65th minute for Spain u 21 against Malta at our ground. He played well.
