Think we need Nunez to start, something different, be direct.
If Carvalho starts to ahead of Milner, that'd be a Fab/Elliot/Carvalho midfield, very attacking, but maybe lacking experience. Would that be a bad thing though, hard to know - Hendo/Milly in the middle wasn't working for sure and there was bags of experience there.
