I always thought the yips was a wrist issue? Just that it is common in golf (putting).

I just thought it was putting, but maybe it is more technical than that.

Yips is golf, baseball probably stole the patter. l o l

Its Baseball too. NY Yankees had a player called Chuck Knoblauch who played 2nd base. Out of nowhere, he couldn't make a throw to 1st base. Every time the ball was hit to him he couldn't throw it to first base. He would miss the 1st baseman every time. He was one of the best players in Baseball. Multiple All-Star, Gold Glove winner. He never recovered. He retired a few years later. He eventually played LF but his career was over. One day he was fine. The next he couldn't throw 60ft.

Can't see Jürgen not going strong for this game.
Important 3 points, would take a chunk of pressure off for the remaining CL games.
Would expect 2 from Fab/Hendo/Thiago,  with maybe Elliot or Carnvahlo.

                     Ally
      Gomez  Konate  VVD  Kostas
           Elliot  Fab Hendo
        Salah  Jota Nunez

With Diaz out, reckon Nunez might be better coming in off the left with Jota or Bob through the middle.

Manchester ref reffing a Manchester team!

Sounds about right for the FA

This seems to happen alot when we play them. How is it even allowed. It won't get a mention. Can only imagine the uproar if a scouser was taking the game.

I'd flip nunez and Jota there. He's a striker. I like Jota through the middle but without Diaz he needs to play left.

It's Bob or Darwin upfront. Bob has done OK and Nunez gave them problems last week. Upto Jürgen there.

I'd go fab thiago and hendo in midfield.

      Must not lose this game.

Much bigger game than Sunday this, defeat leaves us with a tricky job away at Ajax and home to Napoli who look the best in the group by some distance. Rangers will be a totally different tomorrow with the crowd behind them so important we start well and don't find ourselves chasing the game early again.

Alisson; Gomez, Konate, VVD, Tsimikas; Fabinho, Thiago; Salah, Firmino, Jota; Nunez.

And on VAR the wonderful Mr England again after his stunning work against us v the Arse. Can only hope he's a home VAR ref. Was lovely to read that the arsenals first goal might have been offside in the build up but sako apparently wasn't picked up by the camera's, you can't make this stuff up!

Anything less is unthinkable really. We created alot against them last week. If we can be more clinical tonight and do our jobs elsewhere we will be OK. Expecting Rangers to really go at us first 5/10 minutes

This will be a tougher game than the home game.

Still expecting us to squeeze a win but it'll be more nervy than we would hope I fear.

Fancy Nunez to score tonight, their  'keeper surely cannot play another blinder. Jota and Bobby may fancy their chances, before Sunday's epic against City.

Anyhow gone for a 3  0 win in the prediction league !

      Simply hope no more injuries.

Thought we'd win last week and I think we'll win this week...Rangers are on a par with Stoke.
