That was the most enjoyable game in a while

I’ve questioned our fight this season, but we were more than committed today. Every player put in a shift and we were worthy winners.


I liked the 442. It suits Salah. Elliot and Jota put in a good shift on the flanks. The back four were good (Gomez especially). Thiago was solid. Fab did alright. Bobby had a good game imo. Salah is my MOTM. I wish he squared it to Jota earlier on, but his goal was fantastic.

I hope Jota’s alright. He ain’t scoring goals but his general play has been much improved and he works very hard for the team.

You were right the whole week mate, Liverpool at home with the crowd - even city can’t cope. It’s a fortress

That was a fantastic performance from the reds from the men at back to the men at the front.
I really do hope this result is the turning point we need to get our season going the only sour point is the  injuries again lousy on jota & hope  it isn’t serious.
