I see nothing in our performances to suggest we can turn our away form around. I like your optimism and of course hope you’re right

Did you feel the same after the recent 3 wins I the bounce including the win against City 🤷‍♂️

Well kind of yeah. Let’s face it, Rangers were awful and we really struggle at the end against the hammers. We obviously were incredible against city but unfortunately that was our cup final so far this season

Yeah it was overall a poor game

Even rewatching this morning we had more than enough chances to win - how VVD doesn’t score I’ll never know

Yeah ... despite the 3 wins I always felt yesterday was the true test. I felt uneasy before the game. I want to trust the lads but they've done nothing this season to instill any.

It was the acid test ... and we failed miserably.  Forest seemed to want it more and despite how bad we were it's that feeling that worries me the most. There was no desire and as soon as it went 1-0 I wasn't surprised and I felt like I could turn it off as there was no way we were coming back. As it was I stuck it out until the end getting more and more wound up.

wasting your time with that muppet an FSG acolyte. The reality is we are under funded and having to fill positions with players who should not be near a Liverpool team but the good news for FSG's bot is their investment is still increasing in Value

Was the sort of game where scoring first was even more vital than normal. The goal meant forest could sit in even more and hit on the break

Virgil with 3 free headers in opposition area and nothing. Would have loved Nunez to be on the end of them. Poor performance from most with Mo only managing to complete 4 passes. Strange team beat city then lose to bottom team.

      Back to old times.

We have injures. I really want the World Cup to come for some players to regroup and play for their lives.

I still hopeful we will be fine, but if he we keep injuries we are going to keep struggling.

I'm just hoping we can do enough to stay in all comps till the WC, then hope the injury problems clear up, so we can have a real go at it from boxing day.

Never watched the whole game Saturday I was in a celtic pub with mates, so no reds game on :(  But judging by klopps comments we had plenty chances, but never took em.

I thought after the performance against City the boys would be champing at the bit and fully expected them to batter Forrest. I don't think Forrest wanted it more, they didn't offer much, we had control of the game throughout, but sloppy passing and lack of imagination around the box had us stifled. We had more than enough chances to secure the win, in the end as so often this season we just shot ourselves in the foot.

If they play, Diaz, Nunez and Alisson will certainly play, the others are not in the XI.

Just watching Arsenal beat this sh*te team by 5-0 makes the Liverpool loss all the more painful.

How did we lose to Nottingham Forest?

We're in a really really dark place. Arsenal look the new us tbh. They remind me a lot of us in the early Klopp years. I believe they've modelled themselves on us. They've overtaken us.
