I see the club is showing both games on their LFC TV platform. Tickets being sold for this match as well so it is not behind closed doors. Does anyone know when they start training in Dubai? Team has a week off now if I remember correctly.

The League Cup match at City will be on December 22.

Do we have a list of players who are not involved the WC?

I know that the following are not:

      Thiago
      Salah
      Bobby
      Diaz
      Jota
      Ox
      Jones
      Elliot
      Robertson
      Ramsay
      Gomez
      Milner

Must be absolutely gutting for our lads not to be involved in the WC so I hope they enjoy their time off whilst maintaining their fitness levels. It is a good time to recharge batteries and get sharp for the second half of the season.

I thought it was one week, which would mean a week at Kirkby before flying.out. but maybe it is two.

This would make more sense. But why not 2 weeks off, it was after all a very short summer break for them.

Kelleher, Adrian, I must be forgetting someone as that is only 15 players and 7 are off to Qatar.

It seems a lot of them still have international commitments as there are friendlies taking place over the next week for lots of countries who did not qualify.

      Dubai super cup.

      Three points for a win
      Two for a draw.....

And a pen shootout after both games no matter the score with a bonus point for winners of the pens.
