Liverpool make three changes for the Premier League fixture at Brentford this evening.

Ibrahima Konate and Kostas Tsimikas come into defence, while Fabinho returns in midfield.

Curtis Jones is named among the substitutes.

Though Ibou would play. Surprised Elliott starts such a physical side . Robbo on bench if needed

They are without Toney at least.

The Ox gets another start. Thought Keita might've come in to beef up the midfield but if gives Elliott the chance in this hard away match to influence the game. Robbo on the bench is a surprise, could be carrying a slight knock. No sign of Doak.

4th start on the bounce for Ox, feck knows why! I'd prefer to see young Carvhallo out there, Ox doesn't offer much from a forward position IMHO.

Great they are missing Toney. Big game this, a win puts us above Spuds so we need to take advantage.

Yeah and Elliott has to provide cover for TAA. Hendo at his best did that job brilliantly and TAA needs the help.

Bit disappointed to see Ox again, been a bit like having just two attackers in the last couple of games with him in the side but hopefully he can step it up today. I'm surprised we've gone with Elliott in midfield against this physical Brentford side too.

Bit disappointed to see Ox again, been a bit like having just two attackers in the last couple of games with him in the side but hopefully he can step it up today. I'm surprised we've gone with Elliott in midfield against this physical Brentford side too.

Perhaps Ox is gonna sit a bit deeper to help Elliot with the physical side of things. Can always push up in support, once we’ve got control of the midfield.

Yeah ... deal was done Xmas eve/Xmas day apparently ... disappointing that between the 27th and 31st we couldn't get it through. Not to worry ... should be in for Brighton.

If you listened to Jürgen the paperwork would have had to been signed by lunchtime today. Unlikely on a bank holiday,  gakpo couldn't even train with the team until that happened.
