Baby steps but can't be expecting more at this stage and to be honest it was what we needed. Good energy and we dug in at times well but not much quality on show going forward bar the goal obviously.

Nice goal from Harvey but went for Bajcetic MOTM, thought for a young lad that was a really good performance in the middle beside Thiago.
Dropped off them up front in the 2nd half and game went back to being like recent matches, under pressure at the back - but the lads dug in and did well. They had a few chances, Cunha I think, but finished poorly.
Thought Salah did very little when he came on, and Jones didn't do a lot either.
Better in 1st half than 2nd but held on and that's a decent win, and we stay in the comp which is great

The young lads really held it down. They controlled the game. Their passes were great.

The moment we subbed Gakpo, Bajetic and Fabio, we lost control.

Elliot and Bajcetic will get the headlines but thought Konate was superb , Milner was excellent and Naby lad - if only could stay fit

Although i agree with that he deserves to start tonight, but too much playing time for a so young lad can backfire too. My guess is that JK will be careful with him.
