No, what doesnā€™t make something true is you saying it. You canā€™t blame just the players. Thereā€™s enough blame to go around from the owners down through Klopp and to the players.

Which is why i said ā€œthe players are mainly to blameā€ not ā€œsolely to blameā€.

When you look at the team that started today and its talent level, no one can say ā€œthis team just isnā€™t good enough to compete with a relegation-battling Wolvesā€.

They played like crap almost all of them and should carry the biggest share of the blame.

Come on man we're bringing on Milner and Oxlade-Chamberlain at 3-0 down.

Wasting your time. He defends lack of investment because he loves to defend FSG, he then turns around and says the players are to blame, then shouts down anyone that asks for investment in new players and claims they arenā€™t capable of critical thinking.

He made all those posts un-ironically. This thread is definitely more entertaining than our game was.

To run down the clock. At that point the game is lost.

We used to be all over teams in midfield and we aren't now both Firmino and Jota drop back and win possession so we are ending up with with a overrun midfield causing errors in defence with the front three not doing much in terms of attack.
If we aren't playing a pressing midfield game we need 442 to get an extra man in midfield...that's my unqualified take..

you clearly need to go the the dumb corner like the rest of us who don't think we have a squad of 24 world class players .

So Klopp is allowing Ljinders to change the tactics of the team ?

Have you witnessed this in training

Or is it because someone on Twitter said so

It's the Mel Reddy unsourced story. When things go bad, people point fingers.

      And things ARE bad.

But, it fits in with western society. I just saw an ad for a movie about a bear that does cocaine and then kills people. No really, that's the plot of the movie.

Itā€™s ok, weā€™ve got a midfielder in Melo to return from an injury. A player thought so highly of that we didnā€™t even register him for the games against Madrid.

I think Ljinders has given himself a target with his book.

That more than anything is the real issue. If we're winning it wouldn't even be getting spoken about. But with the current sh*t show, everything gets magnified into all sorts of conspiratorial shouts

People thinking Diaz, Jota and Bobby coming back will help, and it will a bit, but the team is done. We were sh*t with all of them as well, we are just 10 times worse.
Gapko and Nunez - F***ing hell, if they contributed a bit it would help

The decline in Gomez after that Knee injury is gut wrenching, he was a machine before
Same came be said with VVD, but unlike Gomez, he isn't a total F***ing moron. Gomez surly lost pace and isn't the same player, and that just enhanced the fact that he's always been thicker than pig sh*t and doesn't have the legs to bail himself out after his bone head plays.

How do you know whatā€™s happening behind the scenes with Klopp and Ljinders ?

Is Klopp that weak minded he is being dominated by Ljinders

I don't think he's weak, I think he's too in thrall to Lijnders judgement. And that maybe it will take hard reality for him to question his faith in the assistant. Or maybe Linjders ego is so massive in the book that he made it so that the recruitment strategy was his idea alone.

Always hoped he could find a way to revert back to the form when we won the league as he was superb that season
