Pleased with that. Seems Jürgen is sending a message that form is important.

Hope Nunez plays through the middle

Rightly so. It’s a shame but he’s become a complete and utter liability.

Going by the team sheet display, we are once again persisting with Gakpo central. Could be different when the game is underway but that’s how it’s shown currently.

      Doesn't deserve to be either.

If that front three get decent chances then there is no excuse whatsoever for Liverpool to get goals.

They have had loads of chances and missed them . People can blame the midfield all they wants but the facts are Salah and Nunsz have missed countless chances

Hand up here. I thought he might make a shock return as starter. I wonder if Jürgen is putting him on a revival program for a few weeks.

That's how I see it. he likes Gakpo for linking play, something like what Bobby did (but.not exactly). Nunez can be a menace on the left.. He's not a target forward.

On a more positive note, looking forward to seeing Stefan Bajcetic again. What a young talent we have there.

No Fabinho or Doak on the bench. But should be enough to beat Wolves. Nunez to get the winner. 0-1.

Disappointed Doak not on bench - know he's just a kid but he does have pace and looks like he can cut it.
More disappointed that Jones is - try as I can am afraid I can't see him being remotely good enough for a spot in the first team when everyone is fit.

Jones isn't good enough to be in our 20 man squad but we've got 6 first team players out so I hope that's the reason he is on the bench.

Very little goal threat on the bench, no disrespect to Carvo by the way.

Happy with the team. Good to see the manager be bold and leave Fab out of the squad. 2-1 to the redmen.
